Review 1：The apartment for families are located in different location than the main office where you check in.

Review 2：Location and access to facilities. Ex: Coffe, excellent bakery, and market for groceries.

Review 3：It was not clear that we sould go to the reception of the HOTEL Mosaico first to check-in and only them come to the RESIDENCE Mosaico (which are two different places) where we actually lived.

Review 4：Calm place, big parking, fully-equiped appartment. Quite close to the central station (20 min on foot), also not far from the historic center (by car it's very close, by foot it's like 20 min, but the way is not too nice).

Review 5：The place is far from city center and you should have car to move because the transportation times is not continuous or you will pay alot to call taxi by your self. There is no reception in the residence and you do check in - out at the hotel then go alone to the residence which is far 500 meters from the hotel. I did not feel safe in the place because it is very quiet and isolated too and there is no any security man or any laborers.

Review 8：Location......with car...parking easy. Washing machine.......being able to wash clothes on a long trip a plus. Great place for a group to stay. Short distance to center.

Review 9：Just minor points: Washing machine not working No kettle for tea making, boiled water in a pot. the mattress was a little too firm. Fiar amount of traffic heard on our side of the building so with open windows or sitting on balcony it might have been a disturbance.

Review 10：Clean and spacious apartment with elevator and second bedroom available. Good base for longer term requirements. On periphral edge of Ravenna, which was larger than expected so would be quite a walk to centre , we drove. Found nice cafe opposite for breakfast and supermarket 3 mins away. Altogether we were happy!!

Review 11：The street access is narrow that doesn't allow vehicle access to unload luggage. Steps must be climbed to access the elevator. Most importantly, they will not allow cancelations once booked

Review 13：It was a 2 bedroom flat with on site parking, washing machine and kitchen, so would be really good for a family with car. The view is not great and it is not in the centre, but it is an easy walk to the centre.

Review 21：The location is not very good, about 20 minutes from the city center with well-known mosaics, but near the Mausoleum of Teodoric. However, Ravenna is a rather small town, so there is no problem with walking to the main sights.
