Review 1：The furniture and overall appearance was a bit old, in need of renovation. The balcony door lock was broken so you could hear the noise from the crowded street in the night. No A/C, but there was a fan and the location of the room did not require A/C
Review 2：I enjoyed the helpful staff, the owner, the waitresses, the cleaning lady, the fact that the room was clean and cleaned every day, the breakfast was sufficient. It extremely close to the beach, the bus and the train station, restaurants and shops, an overall very pleasant stay
