Review 1：My room had no bathtub nor shower cabin. Just curtain-surrounded area. This was done to facilitate access for disabled persons, so I don't know if other rooms had it as well. For this reason I can't really count it as a negative thing.
Review 2：The hotel inside was much nicer than one would expect from the outside. Nothing spectacular, but standard, clean and comfortable. Big room, big comfy bed, good heating, great TV, ok breakfast. The adjoining pizzeria/bar had great pizzas. Better than most hotels in Italy in the same category.

Review 10：The staff were informative happy to print material and to recommend restaurants. We appreciated their advice and when my wife left her jacket behind they were more than happy to post it on to new Zealand.
Review 11：Rooms are a bit basic with slightly dated fittings and sheets and blankets (rather than a duvet). Breakfast is ok, but not very special (machine-made coffee and synthetic juice). The rooms can be very noisy due to rattly plumbing and a lack of sound insulation, so hope that you get quiet neighbours!

Review 45：The staff (including owners) were really friendly and helpful, with good English. Parking is secure and free, and coin laundry in building. Restaurant does great pizzas, and breakfast is plentiful. Accommodation is classic rather than luxurious, possibly a bit dated but great character!
Review 46：Hotel Everest is a disorganised establishment, filthy in many parts, which pretends to offer inexisting services to its customers (such as parking facilities in its own garage, which at the most can contain 10 small cars). Prices are unreasonably high for the quality offered (less than half the price would be even too much). Breakfast is a disgusting experience with all the hot drinks served through machines and the rest of the 'food' with an unpalatable appearence. But this is the logical result of booking.com not checking what it offers and very frankly I am more disappointed by booking.com than by an hotel taking advantage of those who do not travel that frequently to a certain place. Besides booking.com there are many other organisations and if things continue to be proposed in this way I hardly believe that it can survive in a market continuously evolving for the better.
Review 47：Booked a triple room en suite but did not get such a room. Shower pantoo shallow leaked water everywhere. Breakfast traditional fare but notto same standard as other hotels we stayed at, no fresh fruit and breadsstale. Cost of room not good value, especially since we paid for but didnot receive room booked, bait and switch with online photos.

Review 50：Quite a good location to get into the historic centre of the city. About a 20 minute walk or bus no1, 2, and 8 run every 15 mins. We were given a free tourist card by the hotel which gave free public transport and entry. Into museums and attractions.
Review 51：We had to change the room: the first one faced the noisy street, the alternative one was bigger, the window opened into the quit yard. Some small failures in the bath room made no inconvinience.

Location is wonderful -- a pleasant walk to the train and bus stations as well to the magnificent historic center; a promenade along the river Adige is also possible. A city map specially designed for the hotel is available at the reception. Rapid WiFi at the room, coin laundry -- very practical while at the journey; the breakfast rich and varied. A carton with the new perfume was forgotten during the room change -- but luckily found with a kind assistance of a service woman.

Review 55：The principle criticism I have of this hotel was that it was a nightmare trying to get internet access from my room. In the end the receptionist was very helpful and allowed me to use her wifi connection while I sat in the hotel lounge.

Review 60：The garage was down a steep cobbled roadway and we had problems getting the car to go up the ramp. Also our bedroom had polystyrene tiles on the ceiling which I believe are a fire hazard.
