Review 1：Would have like to know in advance they would have liked half of the payment in cash. But they were gracious about us paying just with credit card.

Review 2：As soon as we booked this location the staff contacted us with questions we had. On arrival the wonderful staff greeted us with care and warmth. It was an amazing experience.

Review 10：Bed was terrible could feel every spring! Wifi didn't work for first 3 days and we had a small plunge pool with the apartment which staff took long time to sort out.

Review 23：Infested with blood-sucking bed parasites bugs which only come out in the dark. Whole family was attacked with multiple bites and infections to the face, arms and thorax. Kids were completely traumatized. We were forced to sleep with the lights on once problem was identified, honestly. Never got a good nights' sleep. Except for Sara, admin staff actually accused me of not alerting them of the problem promptly! Unbelievable horrific experience. Beware the parasites only come out in the dark and it will take 48 to 72 hours to realize what is going on. Severe bed parasite and bed bug problem - never thought it would become a Tuscan souvenir. Friends, beware. You can find better accommodations in the area.

Review 25：My family and I felt that our apartment needed just a little extra TLC. A fan is needed in every room, not just two. Screens in at least some of the windows would allow the breeze to come in without the bugs.... We found many mosquitos, centepieds and beetles in our rooms. Towels for the pool available without asking would be a nice touch.

We loved that our apartment was spacious, with a very well stocked kitchen. we were very well located; close to Florence, Sienna, San Giminiano, Montelpuchiano and many other great towns. both the grounds and the eternity pools share the same magnificent views!
