Review 1：I didn't think the room service food was value for money. On check out the bill wasn't completely finalised and required an additional payment 24 hours latter

Review 3：The room was a little dated with timber look, but clean and very liveable.

Review 4：We had a reservation elsewhere and went to check in to find that the dates were incorrect. The Sovereign Park Motor Inn went out of their way to accommodate us as well as have a room ready for us early as we had an early arrival. Although we are used to staying in an apartment style with separate room for the children, we managed well and the excellent leisure facilities added to the bonus for the kids. The rooms were very quiet even though it was heavily booked and the staff were extremely friendly. Would highly recommend.

Review 5：The staff were so efficient and curteous. They helped us by offering extra services to help us entertain our grand children that met us for a Christmas get together. The weather was extremely hot, so the use of the pool was much appreciated.

Review 9：Unfortunately there was a couple of very loud ladies a few rooms down who also allowed their VERY LOUD children to run up and down the walkway at VERY late and VERY early times. Probably would have been ok only we rise 2.30am everyday to work so did not expect to pay to be woken.

Review 22：Pool chlorine levels need attention and it would be nice to see some change rooms nearby so parents can change children on cold days rather than running back to the room. Beds were horrifically firm. I travel globally for work and have never experienced such firm beds. My whole family was totally sleep deprived and sore after two nights there. To be fair, staff did attempt to soften the beds by adding additional bedding under the sheets for the second night. Unfortunately it didn't help much. A microwave oven in the family rooms would also be appreciated. Also, the place looked a bit tired and the kids playground was very limited, needing maintenance with a number of trip hazards.

Review 64：water pressure in the shower. It's enough to not make us return, as the shower was both dangerous and had no water pressure. Also, the hand basin tap sprayed water all over you. These things are pretty basic maintenance and shouldn't occur when charging money for a room

Review 65：Not really a negative, but found the shower for our room temperamental at times. Couldn't get hot water to work unless we turn the cold off then on and waited. Not all the time just a couple.

Pool closed at 2000, but at 2130 still have sunlight, also we were told the pool closed at 2130, but is not. 3. 2 nights stay, I have seen spiders, cockroach etc in the room 4. Would be good if there is a microwave In the room as well. 5. Wifi -- only houly, you have to login houly and the connection is so so soooooo poor!

Review 76：- it was a bit noisy and cold at times because the windows have ventilation gaps that cannot be closed. The A/C however does a really good job of warming the rooms. - The apartment does not hv blinds or curtains in the living space and staircase which makes privacy a bit of an issue and in the morning the light comes in.

We thought we would have a family room. - The reception staff was really nice and helpful in checking some infos. - The apartment was really clean. - The hotel is within walking distance to Sovereign Hill. - The hotel provides towels for pool use. - The Red Lion restaurant just next door offers good value for money meals.

Review 79：Plentiful supply of coffee, tea, sugar & milk not the mere 2 of each. Even bickie snacks! Loved the heater/aircond in each room as I feel the cold badly. My adult kids said the pool & sauna looked great but it was a business trip.

Review 80：Take goggles for the pool, our son had a severe reaction to the amount of chlorine in the indoor pool on our first day. All good with goggles. Having an adjoining pub is excellent but they need to improve on cooking a simple Parma and kids chicken, too over cooked. Our other meals were fine.

Review 81：Great location for our primary target Sovereign Hill. Lots for our 11, 10, 8 & 5 year olds to do. Rooms were well maintained and clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff and an enjoyable stay all round. We would stay again.

Early check in which I was pleased to get as I arrived early I did email them to let them know what time I would be arriving did not ask about early check in but room was ready. Review 88：The complementary wifi was very poor reception and also mobile phone network was poor, so almost no internet in our room. Doona was heavy and I did not like it but my boyfriend liked it so it depends on your liking. Not so close to the station (we used train only without a car), around 15 mins walk from center of the city. No vent system in a toilet, with a small meshed window only.

Review 89：Good sized room, with good sized bed. Cool interior decor. Good sized TV on the wall. We picked the spa bath room, the spa bath was large and nice. Complementary tea etc. Receptionist was nice and kind.
