Review 1：We liked living in a Venice neighborhood, somewhat out of the tourist flow. We went to the market every morning for fresh fruits and vegetables.The vaporetto stop was very close so we could ride it often.

Review 3：Location was good, about a km from the Centro. Good breakfast - Marco makes an excellent cappuccino!

Review 4：The location is a bit out of the city center, although it's only about a ten minute walk to the train station and a fifteen minute walk to the center, give or take. The beds are a bit worn feeling.

Review 5：Great staff! Very helpful with information and friendly. A good value option. Rooms are small but sufficient and include mini-refrigerators, which I found handy. The breakfast was pretty substantial by Italian standards (included meat, eggs, yogurt, cheese, fruit along with the usual bread products).

Review 6：Nice place to stay and 10 minutes walking to the center, another place overrated regarding the price, but in Italy everything is expensive, at least for the turists.

Review 7：The lights were extremely bright, especially the ones hanging on front of the mirror in the bathroom, which were the only lights there. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

Review 8：The hotel was very flexible. I arrived at half past noon and I could already check in. I also could leave my luggage at a nearby hotel of theirs (~200m walk) for the entire afternoon after I had checked out in the morning.

Review 20：The WiFi didn't work neither in the first nor in the second room I've stayed in. The cleanliness is acceptable, the lack of comfort not. The breakfast was quite standard. I wouldn't recommend it at the current price.

Review 53：Located near one of the bridges entering the town, it is easy to find without having to navigate narrow streets of the historic center. Coming over the bridge it is located on the left side of a two way road . We couldn’t see where to pull in to the hotel quickly enough so we went around the block so we could park on the same side of the street just before the hotel while we checked in. Later we pulled into their parking garage with nice sized spaces. It was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the historic part of the city via a nice, lighted path along the river (less time if you take a more direct route through the neighborhood). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is free wifi in the hotel and at different points within the city if you register with either an EU cell phone number or a Paypal account. I forgot my Paypal password and didn’t want to open another account so I was unable to access the wifi, but it sounds like a good system. The cable car station is located on the river path about midway to the town – very convenient. Room is very clean, quite basic but reasonable cost. Good breakfast includes meat, cheese, fresh fruits.
