Review 1：Hotel Route-Inns are of a consistently good and this one was no exception. There was adequate free parking. Reception staff were helpful and attentive. The room was a good size by Japanese standards, fresh and well appointed. The beds were a little firm but comfortable nonetheless. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a good range of dishes many of which would appeal to western tastes. The building is relatively new and obviously robust because whilst we were they we experienced an earthquake tremor measuring 4 on the Richter scale. WIFI provided good connection speeds.

Review 2：Just a bit expensive for its location. We pay the same in the middle of Tokyo, so I don't know why Koriyama is expensive. pillows too hard.

Review 7：The rooms were clean and very nice. The decor was nice. The space was generous...for Japan. The breakfast was good, the staff were excellent. The ONSEN style bath was nice for about 6 people... And the location near the conference center was great!

Review 8：The smoker/nonsmoker room reservation reliabilty is an immanentproblem all over Japan, and is evident to any hotel or chain, not justonly ri / ti. This will occur anytime everywhere, as long as thegovernment authorities do'nt create a strictly lawful ban on smokingin guestrooms!

Review 10：We specifically booked non-smoking rooms, but they reserved smooking rooms for us, and the rooms and the whole floor smelled very badly. Even though there are non-smoking rooms in this hotel. In Japanese countryside non-smoking room often means that YOU are not smoking in the room. 禁煙部屋を予約しちゃったのに、喫煙部屋が用意されました。これは残念で失礼なことだよ。

Review 11：Big parking space, good access by car. Overall it is a very good hotel. 全体として良いホテルです。大きい駐車場、車でのアクセスは良い。 Koriyama itself is not a big deal, but is close to many beautiful places in Fukushima prefecture, so a good base to make day-trips.
