Review 1：It is not possible to sit out on the terraces. They are too small. There is no air conditioning in all bedrooms. Only one air condition can be turned on at a timer. Otherwise the fuses are blown. There is a lack of comfortable seats in addition to dining chairs.

Review 3：Mattress NOT comfortable at all. You must be out by 10 am . The cleaning lady was there at 10 and wanted us out immediately. Does not speak English

Review 5：The apartment was absolutely perfect, very clean and brand new, with abig kitchen and living room with whatever you may need for cooking,three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner met us there at theagreed time of our arrival and was very accommodating, helping us tofind a parking spot and giving us all information needed. We were therefor New Year's Eve and he even have us a bottle of champagne tocelebrate. The apartment is very well located, only a short walk awayfrom the beautiful spa "Antica querciaiola".
