Review 1：Very nice clean comfortable hotel and was made feel very welcome by the staff and the owner who was always friendly and helpful especially to our elderly father. The food in the trattoria was as good as you will find anywhere in Italy and right next to the hotel. No complaints at all and hope to go back next time we go to Italy.

Review 2：Terrible experience, the breakfast consisted of one croissant each !!! that was put out on our plates, half a cup of coffee and disgusting orange juice. We were there for a wedding, asked for an iron - when we got one it leaked and there was no ironing board! so while ironing a shirt on the bed the iron leaked and got soaking wet !!! The toilet didn't flush!! the bed was a divan with a mattress thrown on top. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down!!

Review 3：This hotel is absolutely atrocious. To call it a hotel is an insult, a better way to describe it is staying in the outhouses of a main residence. Its is a shocking disgrace of a place and how it rated highly on booking.com is an absolute disgrace. I feel ripped off, for what we got it wasn't cheap.

Review 4：the place is run down, the pool isnt clean and the area around it needs care desperately. the elevator- reality or myth? the is a door that looks like it could be.. you cary your bags on the stairs. In the room there is a larg wooden tub , comes complete with water from an unknown past. it gives the room a contant musty unpleasant smell. Breakfast is the same everyday supermarket style and very frugal.

Review 5：Aurora from Romania was smily and kept the rooms reasonably clean ,speaks english. owner hangs around , pleasnt to guests there is a local ok restaurant across the path.

Review 9：Minor maintenance items throughout the property (grass not cut, pool cleaning equipment laying around) spoiled an otherwise pretty nice decor. Being at the bottom of the valley, the view is limited to the fields around.
