Reviews for UNA Hotel Lodi

Review 1:I have been at this Hotel since 1993 and it has gradually become less attractive. Now they closed the restaurant and you have to go out driving to eat I will no longer frequent it.

Review 2:A pitty that the restaurantw as just closed that day.

Review 3:We where very pleased as the hotel was like we hoped (after bad experience in Firenze). The WiFi on the site was marked as FREE but it seemed it was not. After the receptionits checked herself, we reseived it for free.

Review 4:We arrived around 10pm, there was no restaurant/ bar to have any food or even snack. The hotel is quiet far from the city, so no other opportunity to eat. The bed was very uncomfortable + very thin blankets and the room was quiet cold, so we had to use extra blankets. Ventilation system works so loud that we were waking up every time it was turning on during night (at least 5-6 times) The hotel was not fully booked, but we got the room overlooking the highway, which was extremely noisy(on top to the ventilation), especially police/ ambulance - it is worse then alarm clock... No slippers, no bathrobes, no shower gel, only soap + shampoo. Sorry, but this is far from a 4* quality, rather a very average 3*.

Review 5:Free parking was great, also we liked the package Internet + minibar for 10 euros. Sorry to say, but this is it.

Review 6:Difficult to arrive even with GPS location. Bugs in the room and entire furniture old...very old.

Review 7:Staff from reception.

Review 8:The hotel was nice in 1985

Review 9:Carpets in the bedroom that were old and a bad smell within the bathroom.

Review 10:Closeness to ABB and polite staff.

Review 11:very hard beds

Review 12:welcome

Review 13:The look of the hotel from the outside - looked uninviting and shabby, but ok inside.

Review 14:Rooms quite well equipped. Bathroom ok.

Review 15:Very dated Wi-fi VERY expensive!!

Review 16:Staff simply couldn't be more helpful - quiet as not very busy during my stay.

Review 17:No real issues, although hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town so access to hotel is better if you hire a car. We initially found the hotel difficult to find as post code took us to a different part of Lodi.

Review 18:Hotel was very clean, rooms as with many European hotels were basic but air conditioned. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Review 19:Old fornitures in the room make the place look cheap and far from being a four stars hotel, as it seems to be. And the location is in the middle of nowhere: not good if you don't have a car or plan to call for a cab.

Review 20:I asked a late check out and they allow me to stay up to 2 o'clock PM (while the check out time is 12) without payng any difference. Fair enough.

Review 21:No free internet, not even in the public places. You must have a car in order to get out of the hotel, because there's not even a pathway to cross the main road and the taxi is quite expensive.

Review 22:The new room are very nice. Good breakfast and a friendly staff.

Review 23:Not only you have to pay a lot for a room there are some rediculousprices for the internet access - 6€/h and if remember weel30€/day

Review 24:Nice continental breakfast, not always available in Italian hotels

Review 25:Easily reacheable from the Ring around the town. Free parkingfacilities. Good breakfast. Without extra charge (and, without we hadasked for that), we got an upgrading and had a "superior" room. That wasreally kind of them!!

Review 26:There is only one thing that I don't like in this hotel, and that is -location, if you don't have a car then it's really a good chalenge foryou to get out somewhere, specially to Milano. Other than thateverything is excelent - staff, rooms and services.

Review 27:Wi fi should be free. At least at the lobby as a courtesy to guests.

Review 28:Good breakfast, good restaurant with reasonable prices. During my stayguests could watch the Euro 2012 games at the lobby and at the bar theyoffered snacks free of charge which was a very nice touch.

Review 29:Hotel restaurant have limited menu and quite expensive. Room was toowarm. Poor control of air conditioning system. Had to open the window atnight to get some fresh air but then the noise from the highway wasdisturbing. Quite hard to find even with gps. If you follow the signs onthe roads you will never get there. Look for the il gigante supermarketand the hotel is located by the opposite side of the road.

Review 30:Friendly and helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast. King size bed.

Review 31:Hotel was probably opened 20 or more years ago. Need refurbishment and many changes. It does not worth the 4 stars.

Review 32:Not enough electric plugs Restaurant opens too late in the evening
