Review 1：The room decorations is pretty old. But that's ok. Major problem is the bed is not comfortable at all. This is really the issue the hotel management should pay attention to.

Review 2：Excellent service...every night 5 courses dinner. Very tasty food. Nice pool and sauna. Very clean everywhere. Very good location for ski.

Review 3：The bed's are not so comfortable and for the money you pay they should be upgraded. Also you can hear everything from the room above you. The family above us had kids and they were running until 2300 we asked the hotel staff to ask them to stop and I am not sure they every asked because it continued the whole 4 nights we were there.

Review 9：It was quite cold in the room during the night. Plus I didn't like that they had buffet with roast beef, but did not have enough of it :-/ Pool is bit dated, but in general Sauna was very nicely equipped and they had even free drinks there.

Review 10：Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and in general met 4 start standard even there were few things which could be improved. They were so friendly that they even offered us if we want to leave our bags during the skiing in the room as they do not need it that day.

Review 12：The food was excuisite. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The large swimming pool was almost always empty despite that the hotel was fully booked, which was awesome. There is also the possibility to ski right down to the hotel from the glacier.

Review 83：I loved this family run hotel with its view of the Hintertux glacier. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to relax in the large pool and sauna after a hard day's skiing.

Review 85：Really good location near the skiing center with a free bus that runs every 10 minutes. The food was really delicious with many variations on the breakfast/ evening dinner buffet. We even got 10% off when we rented skis at the nearby shop because we stayed at the hotel. The owner was a cute, older lady that greeted every gueast in the evening when we were eating dinner. I would recommend this hotel!

Review 86：A bit too long dinners. Very dainty but we spent each evening of two weeks eating, moreover it was quite tiring for small kids. Asked waiters to bring everything faster, but it helped only first day. Meanwhile Buffet days were just what we needed!

Review 88：The only poor side might be the low speed of serving courses duringdinner. We stayed with a baby and it was quite difficult for him to sitfor 1.5hours during the dinner. We asked to speed up every day, and somedays it worked and they served us in 40min, but most of the days itdidn't work and we were still served for 1.5hours.

Review 89：The hotel is a perfect location for skiing in Hintertux glacier. Nearestcable car is reachable within 10min by foot or 2min by ski bus (bus stopis 50m away from the hotel). Food is excellent. On top of breakfast(very rich) and dinner (delicious!) they serve so called snacks at 3:30-5pm which are basically a good lunch after skiing (either soup or maindish as well as dessert is served). Hotel staff is extremely friendlyand helpful (except for the main guy in the restaurant, Stanislav, whooften seemed arrogant). Rooms are pretty nice and tidy, set intraditional Austrian style. Swimming pools and 3 saunas available, bothof quite good quality. Wifi is free as of Dec 2012.
