Review 1：Wifi unreliable. Hot water supply inconsistent at times.

Review 3：Noisy hotel, dirty, unconfortable pillows, no duvet but blanket, no radiator in the bathroom, very difficult with the ski locker acces with many stairs, staff does not know english, staff do not give all the hotel information when you arrive, acces to the pool from the main loby, pool,especially the locker in very poor conditions and in plus even you are guest you have to pay for towels.The same food at the breakfast every single day, cold and the omlet is not made from real eggs but from powder.And no vegetables.Wifi does not exist.Could not use internet even few min.Room does not have any info about hotel phone numbers,hotel facilites info,no do not disturb sign,no pencil, no paper, no sleepers, no bathrobe, nothing.And is a four star hotel.When I booked I had a special request for a quiet room and a recived one right next to gondola that has huge engines working non stop 'till 5 pm o'clock and start early in the morning.And the window could not be closed.The locker was broked. I use a hat durind the night.Of corse I changed the room next day.In the same day was not possible.Stayed 14 days.After a week I ASKDED that the sheets to be changed.I did not see any security.Is a tired hotel, old with many exit doors with no signs.Have to try all to find the wright one.Better to not use the fire stairs.Spooky! Was not happy there at all.

Review 7：- Our room was above the bar in the 3rd floor; thus, we did not sleep well due to the live music until we requested new rooms - Other guests were wearing ski boots in the hotel and the eating rooms - a no go for a four star hotel. - Some of the corridors and lifts are worn out, i.e. they need to be refurbished.

Review 9：The location is ideal for skiers, but for a business traveler without intention to ski, it's quite hard to access from airport. There is a shuttle service but the capacity is very limited. Another thing I don't like is the wifi, which is really weak and slow. The facilities are old, but it didn't bother me too much as long as it's still clean and comfy.

Review 10：The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. I had half board included in my reservation, so I could have lunch/dinner besides breakfast. The restaurant offers quite good buffet, and staff are friendly though they speak very limited English.

Review 12：The fact that this was a ski in/ski out hotel, which is great when you have children with you. The food quality and variety is very good and all the staff are helpful.

Review 13：Could not sleep at night every night as bars in the square below bedrooms stay open all night till 4 a.m. Lots of screaming shouting drunk people made sleep impossible. No control whatsoever of noise by authorities in spite of calling to complain several times. My wake up call at 5.15 a.m. never came. Just as well I had my mobile alarm as would have missed flight. Beds very hard pillows even harder!!

Review 15：The food. The service (what service). Filthy old carpets. bathtub that took the skin off you body. Hopelessly inefficient lifts. Tired decor. Awful old ski room full of junk. Indifferent staff attitude. A manager that does not seem to exist, (if he does, he hid from us one the three occasions we requested an audience with him). Pre-payment for the entire stay with no recourse via the hotel web site with 100% penalty for early departure. We won't be making that mistake again, if the hotel requests 100% prepayment it is probably a bad hotel). Misrepresentation of amenities: (the "free Wifi" is a downright lie. Three of us tried all week to log in to no avail even at 4am.)

Review 17：after booking a triple room that cost 1510 euro and was to accomodate us n'2 adult and n'2 children 6 and 4 years with my surprice after checkin and set in the room I have been call back at the reception counter and ask to pay an additional sum of 350 euro approx...due to one child not indicated on the document referred from booking .com and they can t do enything and the problem is only between my self and booking .com ......ALSO during my request for clarification I was told steet on the face that nothing they can do again because I have tried to be too clever during the booking, well on my opinion is not like that and the option for that room was the only one left to accomodate me and my family I also beleave that a receptionist should actually respond in a different way to a client that spend that sum for 5 night with breakfast only surely they have lost a client.

Review 31：Hotel needs a refurb Our room needed painted and we had no bed side tables or lights There were not enough hooks to hang up ski jackets etc However having stayed in hotel before booking directly with them , there are better rooms - i think cheaper deal with booking .com gives you cheaper room.

Review 33：Old, dirty, stained, crumbling, mouldy, poorly run, concrete monstrosity. If Fawlty Towers was on the ski slopes it would be 100 times better than this 'dump'. The 4 stars must have been awarded based on having 4 elevators. If it were based on quality it would be 2* at best.

Review 34：Right next to the main gondola station at the bottom of the slopes. That's the only positive.

Review 35：Not much facility when rooms weren't ready on arrival. Would have liked a courtesy room to change and freshen with at least the chance to Ski! What we got was "come back at 4.00pm" or "we'll ring you if it's ready earlier". Beds not great. Reception Staff bordering on ambivalence when our Airport Transfer failed to Show, could not have been less willing or helpful. Restaurant - seated right next to the juice machine and entrance to the Kitchen, like eating on the M6!

Review 37：There is nothing to do for the children in the evening in the bar. The arcade room with billards cost to much if you have many children. Please, put a billard table in the big room close to the bar. Then we will come back next year.

Review 40：Can't beat the location and the basic services you have in the hotel complex. Ski-in/out with a nice range for beginner to intermediates. We would definitely return. Hotel staff very pleasant and although kids club mainly Italian orientated our little one loved the evening entertainment. Food at H/B was very good with choice and healthy options. Overall yes it is a bit dated but so are most hotels in Italy. If you are going for good garunteed skiing with a good basic hotel at the foot of the slope this is hard to beat.

Review 41：Our room smelled of bad drains and dozens of children (half term) ran wild in the corridor. Despite complaining, the staff wouldnt move us as the hotel was supposedly full. We have stayed here twice before but quality and range of buffet was disappoining this time.

Review 52：our stay at Planibel was perfect. nothing to complain about. Booked triple room, and at check-in have been given triple+double connected rooms. The half board is great, breakfast is tasty as well as dinner was perfect with variety of food and deserts.

We weren't told at check in that the kidsclub was included as prepaid and available for our five year old. Weonly found out after I asked reception towards the end of the stay abouthow the kids club worked and they directed me to ask the kids clubdirectly for details and the kids club told us it was included full dayevery day and free!Hard sell on the bottled water with evening meal. Always asked for tapwater in jug. At one point we were asked to sign so we could be charged 80cent for a jug of tap water with the evening meal.

Review 69：The ski room location and elevator to arrive are impossible. Everyonecomplained about this. The elevator holds 4 people with skis at a time,otherwise the light goes on and it will not move until someone gets off.Ridiculous. This is a ski hotel, ski deposit and access should bemaximized. This is a small expense comparatively speaking and Idon't understand why the problem is not resolved. The ski lifts atthis resort are very old and need an update. They needs covers for someof the chair lifts as it is freezing here, and also the funivia isextremely slow. We were very lucky and had sunny days but on the lastday it was cold and everyone complained about the lifts. This is offsetby the price of the lift tickets which compared to other places isreally inexpensive: $199 for adult for 6 days and $119 for child for 6days. But I don't think you could raise the price at all unless youupdate the lifts.

Review 70：Location is great, just at the bottom of the slopes and it isconvenient to have the grocery store, restaurants, arcade and cafesall located within the grounds. A pharmacy would be helpful. The babydance and theatre were terrific and the staff of restaurant andtheatre (who appeared to be for the most part Neapolitan) were reallyfantastic, warm and friendly. Whoever chose and trained the staff atPlanibel is doing it right! Keep the Naples staff! The local Aostansare just not very friendly...especially in Cormayer. Also loved thatthe Pre St. Didier terme sends a bus to pick up clients at Planibel,and this terme is great.

Review 73：the entire hotel looks as if it froze sometime in the 70's in terms of design and the aged facilities. The rooms were smelly, the door to the bathroom didn't close, the food was disappointing, children were running around and shouting all over the place, the spa is out dated + they charged 2 Euro for a towl. the elevators are very slow.

Review 74：The location was perfect, at the bottom of the chairlifts to the mountain. Just outside are also ski rental, ski school and ski pass. All VERY conviniently close.
