Review 1：Minor things- many wasps in the garden and slight humidity smell in our apartment.
Review 2：Super nice and very helpful manager of the hotel! She has help us to find the local doctor for a child and translated the visit as the doctor did not speak English. She has told us what was worth visiting nearby and she was fun and nice to talk to in general! :) Very nice and very old, historic hotel buildings with a "climate", huge apartments with fire place, swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, quiet location, huge and nice garden.

Review 4：About the only comfortable seating in the apartment was the bed. The last night of our stay, another couple rented the floor above ours and we could hear EVERYTHING as if they were in the same room...walking, talking, you name it. Luckily we only had to deal with that for one night.
Review 5：Amazing location! Right near the highway for easy travel everywhere in Toscana. Serena was wonderful and provided several good suggestions for day trips. Rapalano Terme was just a few minutes away with a fantastic thermal spa and several quaint little restaurants to eat at.
