Review 1：- industrial area, not that comfortable for 2 girls to walk to the airport at 4am - the "street" route to airport (shorter way) is kind of dangerous, as tight curve road with no walking-path - as it's a transit hotel for late-arrivals/early departures, be prepared to be disturbed by other neighbours
Review 2：- very nice comfortable bed, cozy place, basically a home transformed into hotel - helpful owner - good internet - interesting hotel (on a pillar, we felt like childhood house in the tree)
Review 3：Map linked on website with route to airport is not active. Maybe a paper map with itineraries to airport (only reason to stay at b&b is for that) would help. Has to get WiFi password from modem. Price is OK, still on high end for shared bathroom room.

Review 6：I have never been such a 'compact' accomodation. Everything is so practical there. Room is perfectly equipped, individual heating, modern and new furnitures, bathroom is clean and shiny brand new. There is no staff located, but all checkin info was shared with us well before our arrival. Kitchen and 'dining room' is just great, i like the way of breakfast prepared there. I can offer it to every travellers, and for sure would go back again.
Review 7：Clean, cozy, good taste, interesting concept (self service). Well organized, friendly. Everything was waiting for us. Even the breakfast was already organized in boxes in the fridge for every room. This was very convenient as we had to leave early in the morning (5.00am) and normally breakfast does not start that early.
Review 8：In our room was food leftovers, there were no sheets on extra pillows. There was a problem with outdoor doors - with easy push, you were able to open it without any key or code. It was insecure to leave value stuff.

Review 20：Great location near the airport, we just wanted a place to crash for a night between flights. It was clean and breakfast was excellent for Italy, where breakfast is usually terrible. We didn't have any contact with staff, but this wasn't a problem. Good wifi.
Review 21：I didn't like the travel to AirPort early in the morning. It is too dangerous to go by feet because of big a traffic and narrow street.

Review 23：Diana and Roberto have been very helpful en every moment. The place is very good organized and clean. I forgot the sun glasses in the hotel and they helped me to get them back. The communication was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and we weren't able to eat all the things they left for our room. To get to the airport by walking took us less than 7 minutes.
Review 24：Be careful when walking to the B&B, cause the road leads you through a tunnel, and cars just drive by all the time and the road is quite narrow. Use a phone's torch or a reflector to make yourself visible to the cars! They should really try to change the WiFi code, cause it is tooooo long to type and you must guess if a mark "I" is an "L" or an "i", so that takes quite some time to get connected :D
Review 25：Very close to Orio al Serio airport. If you arrive late in the evening and you will be flying forward in the next morning then it is a good place to spend the night. The house is built on one legg and id trembles a little when you get to the edge of the house, so that is a bit wierd. :D Breakfast was good.
Review 26：The BookingCom says the reception is open until midnight but in realilty it is closed at 9pm. The road to this hotel has no footpath and is very dangerous. I strongly recomend all who may need a hotel near Belgamo airport to NOT TO USE this hotel.

Review 30：In Princess rome our beds were old style spiral type, strangly moving themselves, too softs. Wifi password was so long that we were not able to succeed to entry it, it was always incorrect password. So we could not use wifi, for us it was a very big problem.
Review 31：It is excellent for one night stay for early departure or late arrival. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Bergamo airport. It is a house with bathrooms not connected to bedrooms. No staff at all, you receive a codes for entry, you find breakfast box in frigo, bathroom modern, very nice and clean.
Review 32：There are 2 ways to get to the hotel from airport by foot, with all our bags long way took us almost 35 minutes. On the way back we took "short" way, it's not more then 10 min, but less comfortable (there is no pedestrian pavement, just road). So if you arrive/depart at night, you might prefer to take a taxi (I guess ride will take about 2 minutes max).

Review 34：breakfast was - no offense - a joke, but yeah, for just 1 night OK. the rest was very good. one thing: please write the wifi key down in print, not in totally unreadable handwriting :) - luckily I found the router, which had the key on its back.

Review 37：The breakfast was really poor. We had a comparison of last year's stay and they had sharply lowered their standard since that. There were probably six people staying in the B&B, but considering the amount of food no way they would have had a nice and sufficient breakfast.Instead the prices had increased. The handwritten WIFI password on the label in the room was absolutely unreadable. We had to check the router's label and finally got it, but it shouldn't be the way the things would be cleared out.
Review 38：The place was nice and clean. All worked out as promised except the breakfast which really disappointed us. The location in terms of the airport is excellent, especially when you have to take the very early departure.
Review 39：We had the Princess room, which included a private bathroom. It wasn't too private, though, because it didn't reside inside the room, but in the parlour, but atleast you didn't need to queue in the morning to get there. There is also a tempting-looking pool almost below the building, but it isn't part of the accommodation. Too bad. There is a part where you have to go through a tunnel to get to the airport (when you use the shortest route) and there is no sidewalk, but it was manageable. Even with three suitcases!
Review 40：All the information you need, will be send via email (like the code to the gate outside and how to get there). We arrived in a bit of a hurry to drop off our luggage before we had to return our rental car (we were late, because none of the gas stations near the airport accepted our cards!). There was someone part of the staff present, but we had no time to spare, so I'm afraid we weren't too polite. We didn't even introduce ourselves or anything. That person managed to explain the necessary things to us anyway. There is a self service in the kitchen with the breakfast, the wifi is free and there was an air conditioning. The location is handy if you have an early flight. We walked from the appartment to the airport at 6am. If you go here, we have to recommend you visit Cafe Roma in a village nearby. (Maybe 15 minutes walk?) We ordered two mojitos and got tons of appetizers for free and drinks were only 4euros each. Amazing.
Review 41：There is no staff. They give you a code to get in. If there is any problem, you have no one to talk to. You can hear everything from the others bedrooms, if the people are noisy is hard to sleep.
Review 42：If you want to leave to the airport the next morning, is very close, less then 10min walking.There is a kitschen with a friedge if you need to put some food in it, and facilities to make tea and coffee.

Review 55：Travelers should notice that first floor means stairs, not on ground (not problem for us). We weren't quite sure how to use gate to get out and so we have to made it that one of us stayed up and opened gate there. My travel partner thinks her bed lines weren't changed after another guest, they smelled funny.

Review 70：There is no staff - the hotel is self service hotel, which can be amusing. During the night I could not feel safe, because there were no other people who would be responsible for the hotel, just guests. So there is nobody who could help you if there is any problem or you just need to call the taxi. Road to the airport is not very safe also, there is no pedestrian pavement, so it is hard to go there with luggage and during the night it does not seem safe.

Review 76：A very interesting experience of 100% self service. The B&B has no staff, you get all the instructions by email and everything works well. All the rooms and common areas have heating (great on a cold winter's day!). Having a tea kettle and TV in the room was also great as was the breakfast! There was no noise of planes or other traffic so it was a very tranquil place to have a rest. Also, an interesting Russian fairytale-like experience since the building looks like a tree, standing on one leg. I felt that the owners were taking good care of their guests. Thank you!

Does not feel quite safe. Considering that Bergamo is only 4 kms away, it's probably a better option to stay in the city for dinner and use direct hotel transfer to the airport.

Some other guests arrived at midnight while we were already sleeping. We had to get up to let them in. They were fortunately two nice looking women, had they been men I would not have opened the gate. Bed was a bit wobly. Breakfast was not very inviting with old fruit and half used jars af jam. I would not stay here again.

Would recommend this hotel for anyone who has late night arrival flight or early morning departure flight. Review 113：Staff was absent on our arrival. Property door was locked, and we had to shout to be heard. Fortunately enough some other guest opened the door, otherwise we would have to spend the night on the street-literally. Upon our return we found an email, which had been sent earlier that day, and we did not see. Furthermore, the B&B was like a treehouse, which shook every time someone made a little movement. And that was not all. We could hear the guest next door snoring, while we were trying to sleep. During our stay (21:00 to 06:30 next day) we failed to meet anyone of the property owners. The price was definitely overrated. All in all, we were disappointed, as we were left alone outside the property when we arrived. Would not recommend this B&B to anybody at all.
