Review 1：Shower was somewhat strange in that the bathroom floor was wet very easily. Towels etc were very damp

Review 17：I have stayed at most of the motels in Hamilton while visiting my father. The Goldsmith had a lovely renovated room. As a single traveler the ability to have meals delivered from a local hotel was great. Excellent value overall and now my favourite motel in Hamilton

Review 19：The Goldsmith Motel is within easy walking distance of shops, the theatre, the botanical gardens, restaurants and the art gallery. We thought it might be noisy, being close into the City, but were pleasantly surprised by a quiet night for sleeping. Service was friendly and obliging.

Review 53：Being accused of breaking a window because it wasn't checked by their own staff after the last people left. The owner threatened to call the police on us if we didn't pay the cost of the damage. It then turns out he had to eat humble pie and call and apologise because his neighbours informed him it was broken before we got there.

After traveling all day, and arriving in the evening, itwas disconcerting to think we may have to find another motel at latenotice.
