Review 1：Only issue is that they were in wind down mode for the off season so the bar and restaurant were all closed.

Review 5：The hotel is located just near the island main street, and you can hear the cars from the bedroom. It is stinking as cabbage in the corridors. Nobody helps you, nor drives you to your room. There were durty dish on the bar (in the lobby). How did they get 5 stars, I wonder... We did not stay and went away.

Review 7：Nobody is staying in this hotel and it has a weird atmosphere. When we wanted to reschedule our booking they would not co-operate, they forced us to do it through booking.com and then charged us an outrageous fee for the rescheduling. This hotel clearly has no interest in maintaining a good reputation.

Review 8：Service was untrained and hopeless - food was very poor - restaurant noisy - lack of wifi in rooms - two inadequate English TV stations - location of hotel surrounded by flats - pool and spa very cheap - nothing to like!!

Review 10：Lighting in the bathroom was poor as was the shower design. Water getson the floor and even into the room. The spa is not great. The hot tub,barely luke warm. The steam room was not working and no instructions onhow to turn it on. The sauna was functional and decent though. Thegrounds were not very well maintained and looked unkept. The hotel isjust slightly away from being very good. A few things here and there andit could be.
