Villa Somelli sells fast on our site. Villa Somelli is a 19th-century estate in the Tuscan countryside, 1.9 miles from Empoli Train Station and town centre. Its grounds include pretty fountains, swimming pools and views of the surrounding hills.
The Somelli Villa offers modern apartments and an independent villa for up to 10 people. Each one has its own area of the garden with tables and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The apartments share a pool, while the villa has its own private pool.

Review 1：Mosquitos - fixed with purchase of some spray. A kettle in the room would be good - that's an English thing.

Review 5：Francisco was professional, kind and incredibly helpful; facilities were fantastic - large rooms, great kitchen; pool was in great condition and looks out over the most incredible view of vineyards, rolling hills, etc; walking distance to vineyard.

Review 7：Amazing Tuscan views in all directions. Remote quiet location on the top of a hill. Francesco is a great host who helped make it possible for us to stay a little longer than we had planned because we like the place so much.

Review 10：Staffed only during the day. Not any facility in the evenings. Villa Somelli is in fact a small tower with some self catering holiday apartments. We missed usefull appliances like a toaster, kettle, microwave. Simple and cheap furnished room, unlike the accommodation showed on the pictures. Third floor apartment without elevator does not invite to visit the grounds. Very remote position of the Villa, bad road (do not take the Ferrari with you).
Review 11：The very enthousiastic hotel manager Francesco is the unique selling point. Lots of parking space. Very quiet position at the countryside. Helpfull in case of late arrival.
Review 12：Villa Somelli was lovely, with beautiful gardens and pool area. Themanager, Francesco, was wonderful, very helpful, and was kind enough totake us to the police station and translate for us when I lost myengagement ring!

Review 14：The villa is located well for day trips to anywhere in Tuscany. The road up from the main road is rough so drive carefully. Everything is on-site for a self-catered style of stay.
Review 15：The setting is very central to many of Tuscany's attractions! It is a wonderful setting with beautiful views. Francesco is a knowledgeable and considerate host with good English skills. We have stayed at Villa Somelli twice and will return again in the future.
