Review 2：Very beautiful and cozi hotel, it makes you feel like in a fairy tale.. The staff are awesome, very polite and helpful, is located in the best place, there are everything near by..

Review 3：Just a minor thing. Maybe they could ask guests in advance how many devices need to connect to the wifi since each requires diferent password.

Review 4：The hotel provides free natural water daily. The location was good, between the station and the centre. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, cosy with a nice view of the mountains.

Review 6：The hotel locates near Trento railway station (5 min walking) & main places of interest (Castello Buonconsiglio 5 min, Duomo 15 min) Tehe room had all basic amentities. The staff was OK The breacfast was good. My room (508) was quiet.

Review 7：There were no any shades at the window, only transparent curtains. The view from the room was disappointment. Room size is rather small, it seems like a Japanese standard of the room size. The bed was on the wheels, I have never seen that in a hotel.

Review 17：The AC turned off in the middle of the night and the room became very muggy. We called down at 3am, but it couldn't be changed. They apparently have a central control that turns off the AC if the outside temperature drops. But it was still very humid! We actually left in the middle of the night! It's otherwise such s nice hotel, that if they added individual AC controls in the room, I would have given it a better rating. That said, we were offered a discount.

Review 19：My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Its location is superb, just 5 minutes walk from the two train stations and the bus station, yet its neighbourhood is very quiet. This was very important to us as we intended to explore the Trentino area using public transport. The place gives an impression of luxury but the prices are moderate. The air-conditioned room (560) was spotless with an abundance of towels and spacious with ample storage space, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. Breakfasts were generous and the two dinners we had in the restaurant were of high standard and cheap, just 22 euros for two courses + dessert + coffee. But the feature that impressed us most is the friendliness and gentleness of the courteous staff: Signora Maria Teresa, the manageress, with her welcoming smile and manners, makes you feel at home, while Stefano, the receptionist, is literally an asset to the hotel. Another thing that we appreciated when taking early trains or buses is the fact that the breakfast room opens early - officially it's at 7.00. Perhaps I've used too many superlatives, but the hotel deserves them and we highly recommend this hotel.

Review 44：There was a balcony on our 5th floor room which meant we could sit outside and take in the mountain view. We were also offered a free Trentino card for the duration of our stay which saved us a lot of money on entrance fees. Staff were very helpful and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

Review 95：The room of my colleague was at the 5th floor and he couldn't hear the smoke alarm from there. One morning one of the emergency exit doors was closed (it is camouflaged to look like the wall of the hotel) and I needed 10 minutes to find my way out.

There was no quilt (as I would expect to find in a hotel of this price) just a thick blanket and a bedspread (which had some holes in it). The towels were rather thin and the only toiletries you are supplied with are a bar of soap and a shower gel/shampoo.
