Review 1：Centrally located in close walking distance to shops, hotels and restaurants. excellent views overlooking river and ocean and great foreshore area directly across the road. Unit comes complete with all cooking utensils, crockery, linen and even has a barbeque on the patio and washing machine.
Review 2：The double beds were quite small .... I would suggest that at least one of them is replaced with a king size bed. We chose to sleep in 2 separate beds because they were so narrow.

Review 6：TV too small (tiny) fridge not getting cold enough, complained to management that DVD was not working. They didnt even come and have a look. It turned out we hadn't set it right. So we couldn't use it for 2 days. Could have been sorted if they had come and had a look and showed us the correct way
Review 7：Loved the location and the front barbecue area. Sheltered from the southerly wind, which blew every day. Other than a couple of small issues i would definitely stay again.

Review 14：No real bathroom, a separate shower and toilet in the laundry, no vanity had to use laundry sink, no bath. Not overly inconvenient, but wouldn't like to have any more people in the unit (2A, 1teen) and perhaps not small children. Didn't see nor speak with proprietor or staff, checkin consisted of note on front of office...good? Bad? it worked for us.

Review 16：The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was only one knife in theentire kitchen, no chopping boards. We borrowed an extra knife fromthe office which was so blunt that it would cut itself in half if itwas used to slice a tomato. Property advertised itself as having a bbqbut it didn't work well. We ended up having to cook our bbq meatsin the kitchen.
Review 17：Excellent location. Close to iga, bars and shops. Balcony had awesomeviews of the beach. Short drive to Kalbarri national park.
Review 18：There was a sign at the reception office window with this message: "If the office is unattended I am out flying. If you would like to book a flight, call me on ____. If you can't get through to me call the visitor's centre or you can walk there". No mention of who to contact in case of emergency or if you have questions relating to the accomodation. The visitor's centre/tourist office has no connection with & does not take responsibility for matters relating to this accomodation, their role is only dealing with general tourist queries. If you think you may need help or to communicate with staff during your stay perhaps consider booking another place.
Review 19：Besides internet & personel, we had what we needed. There are cleaning products in the kitchenette which you have to keep tidy and ensure dishes are washed and put away into the cupboards before checking out to avoid incurring extra charges (according to a poster in the kitchen in the apartment) There was a washing machine but it either wasn't working or we just couldn't figure out how to start it out. Not a single staff member available for us to ask!
Review 20：For two days out of four, our magnificent view was blocked by a parked 4WD and boat! So disappointing.

Review 22：Location is great with park and playground and water so close. Love having separate bedrooms and a washing machine and clothes line. Kitchen has plenty of space and the private BBQ outdoor area is great. As we are a family of 5 it is so good to have 3 beds for the kids and enough cutlery and crockery (usually only standard 4 persons catered for!)

Review 25：Service severely lacking. Glass slider door for balcony was leaning against a wall in the living room when we arrived on Friday. Phoned office but had to leave a message. Husband and Father had to put it back as best they could as we had wind and rain on Saturday. Managed to find someone on Tuesday. NOT IMPRESSED.

Review 27：went to book a tour that said it was available on the whiteboard outside reception - to go in and told it wasn't available as there was nobody booked on, then felt a little pressured by the man to book for the following day and had to say a few times that we would go and have a little think about it first as might be a bit much to do a tour before a long drive. When we checked out and handed our keys in , the lady barely looked up from the table let alone asked if we'd had a nice stay. Be prepared if you are there on a weekend the loud music coming from the pub down the road sounds like it's coming the the next room - so fine if you are going to be out yourself but not good if you are in and watching a movie on the small tv. !!

Review 42：We are from Vic and booked online prior to our holiday. Upon arrival, there were a lot of other preferred accommodation options. the rooms were a little unclean and the stairs were a problem with a 1 and 2 year old.

Dated furniture. The TV could be seen only from one coach in the living room. Cramped backyard parking, with narrow access paths. Overall, on the overpriced side for what it did offer!
