Review 16：The hotel has a fantastic location in the beautiful city of Trento. The staff were kind, friendly and very welcoming.
Review 17：signage - as it is located in the pedestrian zone around the centre and is between two parts of the well-marked Hotel Venezia with , it's hard to spot their modest sign. Anyway we found it by asking at the Venezia.

Review 19：I have to make a big effort to find bad points: - I did not manage to watch the TV: too many buttons in the remote control (maybe it's just me) - the preset temperature was a bit too warm (22 celsius), but I just lowered as I entered the room

Review 30：We had a twin room and the beds were very, very, narrow. Had to becareful not to fall out of the bed. The standard of breakfast for a 4star hotel was poor. We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasionsand ibreakfast was always far better.
Review 31：The best thing about this hotel is it's location a few metres fromPiazza Duomo. Requested parking was on the street directly opposite thehotel. All you get is a parking permit from the hotel. We had noproblems but not sure how safe this is if you have a lot of shopping andluggage in the car. Bathroom facilities very good.
