Villa Sunset B&B sells fast on our site. Set in the Fontane Bianche beach area, Villa Sunset B&B is 20 minutes' drive from Siracusa centre. Completely renovated, it offers free Wi-Fi, a free-standing pool, and a large garden with BBQ facilities.
The surrounding area is full of restaurants, nightclubs and bars. There are also sports facilities, shops and supermarkets. You will find many white sandy beaches and reefs that are ideal for snorkelling.
Rooms are elegantly decorated with warm colours and wooden furniture. Each one is air conditioned and comes with a minibar. They all have a balcony overlooking the garden or the sea.

Review 1：Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The whole area is very well cared for. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Local wine and home-made food were delicious.

Review 2：We were able to hear the guests in the other room snore so be aware that it's a bit noisy.

Review 3：A colorful villa with nice rooms and private terraces and a good breakfast with Italian delights. About a 25 minute walk to the sandy beach. Friendly staff.

Review 4：The cancellation policy is fixed, we had emergency situation and we couldn't adjust the timing. Also the owner speak very limited of English so we couldn't communicate our problem exactly. If you have a transportation would be nice for you, other wise you have to walk a bit in order to reach the beach.

Review 5：I felt that i'm in a 5 stars hotel but its an own home. The fresh bakery in the breakfast was just perfect. The bed was very comfort and the things in the flat organized in a very nice way. The garden was spectacular.

Review 6：Cave like room, ill - ventilated. The rooms on the ground floor are without a view. They are ill ventilated and you feel claustrophobic. Poor interior and poor space utilization.

Review 9：Extremely clean place. Quiet location nicely close to the Ortigia in Syracuse where you can find culture, shops and restaurants. The beach of Fontaine Bianche was most pleasant and clean. Try Lido di Sayonara. Breakfast was good and the staff most friendly.

Review 10：The grounds are gorgeous, the B&B is so well manicured and cared for, the deliciously fresh breakfast served all morning, the cleanliness, the wifi connection, the easy free parking, the proximity to Cassible or Siracusa while still enjoying the tranquility of a small town.

Review 12：Villa Sunset is a great option if you are looking for a peaceful stay in the area. We were satisfied, even the place is located a bit far away from the "centre" of Fontane Bianche. A useful information for other travelers: It might be a bit problematic if you are travelling without a car. Buses run from Siracusa that drops you right at the place, even they are less frequent (only every 2-3 hours - in September) and the public beach is 20-25 minutes walking distance. So rather recommended if having a car. Otherwise we liked the place, the breakfast and the good wifi connection.
