Review 1：Beautiful place, quiet, tranquil and so relaxing. Just make sure you don't mind driving or small country back roads as this is the only way to get to the location. This didn't make a difference to us as we had such a fabulous relaxing week long break :)

Review 3：First off, the staff; they were very helpful, helping us book taxis, catering for our friend who had allergy problems, even had taken us to the local supermarket to translate food/produce when they went on a shopping run. Laura, Mariela and their colleagues were very helpful, especially for being our translators and dropping the best man to the wedding venue in time for the wedding :) Second off, the property; despite what other reviews had said, its amazing. In fact the pool is heated during the night and the there was enough greenery surrounding us giving us the real Tuscan feel. The location of the property is away from all the hustle and bustle, however I would hire a car to travel to different places, plenty of parking available on the property. Finally, the room; proper Tuscan decor and feel, with all the things you would need. Just add people, food and wine and you are done. You can literally stay at the property for the entire stay if you buy enough food and drink. Thank you very much for the stay and for all the help. We will be visiting again and will be recommending the place to other people

Review 4：Narrow country roads, but even those are part of local flavor :) Breakfast is a bit poor, you are provided with a morning basket once in 2-3 days.

Review 5：We had a very nice and clean apartment in this lovely place of Tuscany. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for either visiting medieval citadels (most of them are at 1 hour distance) or relaxing by the pool.

Review 6：You must be prepared for a somewhat challenging drive on very narrow country roads for the last 2 kilometres to the resort. We had a larger minivan and on one occasion another car was approaching and our side mirrors hit each other since there was too little width for two vehicles to pass each other at that point.

Review 7：The apartment are really spacious and well equipped. The grounds are wonderful with a large pool and beautiful gardens. We would certainly stay here again for our next trip to Tuscany. The location is very central to most of the interesting sights in Tuscany which are mostly within an hour's drive.

Review 8：We never found a close coffee/breakfast location. Everything is at least ten minutes away. When staying here, know you will be in the countryside.

Review 9：Beautiful facility! Clean and well equipped apartment. Beds are great. Countryside is amazingly beautiful. Pool is large and has a great area to relax. Grape harvesting was happening, and we got invited to try our hands in the harvest which was a great experience.

Review 10：This place is absolutely perfect! Lovely rooms and a helpful staff. The pool is simply gorgeous! There are tennis courts and a small playground. It is ideal for families with young children with plenty of room for the kids to run and play! We can't wait to go back.

Review 11：More details on stores/restaurants around the area. Pool needs a little upgrading Better directions to the location. I would encourage all to use the map co-ordinates Its a little remote, the site has lovely facilitates that maybe they should open to residence e.g. bar/restaurant etc

Review 18：The staff should intervene when (in our case a german family) when they notice that some guests disrupt others and destroy with their behaviour the inventory.

Review 20：The costs of taxi's in the region. To get a taxi from Massini the taxi driver starts charging when they leave there base in Empoli. As such the starting charge on the taxi is €20/25

Review 25：The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex wasnot fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex. Forus it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to bealone in a ‘remote’ area. The rooms were big and nicely decorated.What can I say a nice house in a marvelous environment with superfriendly personal.
