Review 1：The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable we have experienced.

Review 2：Great location.Great value. Ample free parking 50 metres from the hotel (this may not be the case during the summer months!) Adequate breakfast included in the room price. Plenty of soft white towels.

Review 3：furniture looks a little bit old, reasonable buffet for breakfast but sometimes plates were left empty for too long

Review 4：hotel position is excellent, the top floor terrace is a great asset, beautiful Italian riviera and Portofino National Park area, nice boad trip from Rapallo to Portofino and Abbazia di San Fruttuoso.

Review 5：Great location, nice apartment! Although be warned that there is not much privacy - the room looks into the glass bathroom. The apartment needs a good spring clean, looks like it hasn't had a deep clean for a while. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much!

Review 6：I didn't like some not polite behavior of the staff. Reception girl. After long and hard trip she was not welcome at all and angry told few times how you forget to book place for infant. Another staff is waiter in the restaurant. He don't like his job. Bad mood, no smile. Breakfast is poor.

Review 8：Rooms are very old. We asked for an iron and the reception girl said that it's not included for your room. And they gave us nothing. But we paid 100 euro for 1 night. I think that we deserved an iron at least for that price.

Review 10：Very kind reception handling, both late evening and in the morning. We even took advantage of the no-charge bicycle rental to explore the peninsula stretch to Portofino. Please be aware of a few strenious in the very beginning of the route - it's very rewarding if you don't give in on these initial challenges

Review 26：The service was horrible. The first person we met at the reception had a hostile attitude, as if she was unhappy to see guests coming. No information was provided without us requiring it. The second receptionist was better, but still not too friendly.

Rooftop terrace is a great asset to the hotel- however on checkin we were not even informed of its existence. I only knew it was there because of reading others' reviews. Also not a good look to have signs everywhere on terrace forbidding food to be eaten there. Breakfast room soulless- quite depressing really. No complimentary self service tea and coffee, despite these facilities available to tour groups. Lack of any genuine interaction between staff and guests- felt like they'd all rather be somewhere else.

Review 31：Location was quite good- easy walking distance to train station, shops, restaurants, promenade, marina. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning room each day.

Review 38：Charming hotel vey close to the centre of town, a five minute walk. Easy access from the autostrade. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The room was spacious, clean comfortable and quiet. Wifi worked well in the room. The roof top garden has lovely views of the harbour, township and surround hills. A good variety of food was offered for breakfast.

Review 39：Room was no clean, dark and too small . Hotel is very old and needs investment into refurbishing . Staff is okay only at reception. Breakfast is terrible, No one is controlling food. I did ask several times to updates plates with food as they were empty. No hot food at all. I would not recommended anyone to stay here, waste of money and bad memory about this region

Review 42：We were upgraded to a large room opening on to the fourth floor communal terrace with stunning harbour and city views. Spotless accommodation, plainly but comfortably furnished, with very modern bathroom. Locked private garage was well worth the 10-euro extra charge. The restaurant was a real find; modestly decorated but very popular with the locals (always a good sign) and the limited full-course menu was simple, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked at very reasonable cost. Breakfast was great too. A real gem.

It's a decent clean hotel got its low price, with nice staff, good breakfast, although some rooms are better than others as we had our first room very spacious with a king size bed and on another night on the 4th floor the room and bed were smaller, but also comfortable. Shower is good.

Review 48：Absolutely everything! -better location for overall touring in the area than either Portifino or S Margherita - the Hotel has to be the best value for money - clean rooms attractively decorated, good value 3 course dinner limited to two choices but generous and delicious. Friendly helpful service from all staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Close to everything, especially trains to Cinque Terra and boat to Portifino and Santa Margherita. Great!

Review 49：The cleaning lady is using the vacuum cleaner early in the morning, around 8 a.m. or even before! It's not really pleasant for the peple in holidays who want to sleep more.

Review 101：Teresa is so friendly very helpful and happy. We loved the balcony and the view from our room. The location is great easy to get to and from the center of town. Clean rooms and great service.

The balcony overlooked the harbour and the room had all that was required for the holiday and good value for money. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and bed linen. So the parking could be a little bit of a hassle, but well worthit for the great value this hotel offers. The breakfast was good andeasy, but there were no meats or eggs.
