Review 3：The location was excellent as we were situated right next to the train station. Also a short walk away were the Christmas markets. We were able to take a train to Bolzano and be back in one day. Overall the location was optimal for visiting the city! As for the hotel itself, we received nothing but great service. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The breakfast was big and plentiful. Overall the visit to Trento was made very pleasant due to our stay in this hotel. Thank you!

Review 4：Great location near the train station and close to shops and sights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was the largest I have ever seen in Europe and the bath was also enormous. Would stay again.

Review 6：Old infrastructure, the doors in the room where not closing properly. After taking to the hotel receptionist it was told us that there is no way to solve this problem because the person in charge of handling such things was not around. It seems the problem with the doors was already known it is just that there is no motivation to solve the problem. For us traveling with small children, for safety reasons , it was important to be able to properly close (and I am not even meaning locking it) the door such that our children do not enter the toilet . The personnel was very kind and this is a plus.

Review 16：The hotel is clean and the rooms seem to have been refurbished fairly recently. The windows seal well and block noise so that the room was very quite despite the proximity to the railway station. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Review 23：WiFi was terribly slow. Breakfast was very poor: nothing hot (no eggs, no sausages, nothing), some of the ham seemed to be not very fresh, on Saturday even the bread was almost stale! The state of the rooms was generally OK, but termal isolation was poor - it was cold to sleep because of the breeze from the windows, the floor in the bathroom was also cold for the same reason... I don't see any justification for the price they ask and for their 4* rating.

They provided us with a discount on the tickets to visit the nearby buonconsiglo castle, it was worth the visit.

Review 29：Ideal location a few minutes walk from train station and historic city centre. Modern, businesslike building but a very large, comfortable and imaginatively decorated bedroom. Enormous, very well equipped bathroom with excellent 'rain'-type shower. and free tea and coffee making facilities, very welcome after a couple of weeks travelling around continental Europe where such luxuries are hard to find!

Review 31：Staff were very friendly but did fail to advise that the Trento card entitled you to lots of free entry to tourist attractions and that you needed one for the local bike hire. It took 3 trips to the tourist office to arrange bike hire due to lack if information.

Review 33：We were finishing a week of mountaineering hut-to-hut so was brilliant to have such luxury at a great price, with only 5 minutes to hike to and from the train station. The staff are probably more used to business travelers but they could not have been more helpful or courteous to our group of dirty backpackers (and we scrubbed up quite well in the beautiful bathrooms...)

Review 37：Highlight: Trentino Guest Card provided by the hotel for free! This a very good thing, it's a city card which gives you access to attractions such as Buonconsiglio Castle and museums. Also includes attractions all over Trentino on top of the city of Trento itself. The room is very spacious and well tendered. Air-conditioning, essential in summer. Simple but good breakfast. Mini-bar items are not expensive. Staff are helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

Review 109：The hotel is just a few steps from the city center, in five minutes itis possible to reach on foot the train station, the BuonconsiglioCastle, and the main square. Compared to similar hotels I found onBooking (but haven't visited as a guest) that are right in the citycenter, it came for a very good price, and I stay of my initialimpression that the difference in location is not an issue at all. Thestaff was very welcoming, and the room was perfect. The only glitch,which I'm not listing as an issue because is really a minor one, is thedecor which looks quite dated in style (but in perfect condition, bothfor appearance and for functionality).
