Review 1：It was hard to find! The signage for the hotel wasn't too good.
Review 2：The owners were so pleasant and helpful. The cappuccino was the best! Good central point for sightseeing. They are obviously still working on this hotel so it would be interesting to see it when completed.
Review 3：The parking garage. I learned my lesson during the first visit - do not park in the garage with larger vehicles and check to see if there is a spot free before driving down. There is enough parking on the street that it is not a problem.

Review 14：We liked the level of service which was just what we needed, not too much, not to little. Very comfortable beds, with thin summer-duvets which make it easier for us northeners to sleep. The couple who runs the hotel is great, and the area is pretty quiet but close to cities like San Miniato and Empoli.
