Review 1：The room had no iron and when we asked the reception they told us that there is no iron in general at the hotel. We found it unacceptable for 4*. Wifi worked only at certain parts of the room (e.g. not in the bathroom) and was slow. In general it is a nice hotel, but too expensive for what it offers.

Review 2：The room was big enough with beautiful view from the balcony. Peaceful location and nice pool area. The breakfast had a good selection.

Review 3：Lack of tea/ coffee-making facilities in the room. Instructions not to put anything in the room fridge without permission!

Review 5：No possibility for evening meals in the restaurant in the hotel - light menu until 7.30 pm only! We could only get German TV channels in our room - the option for English channels would have been good.

Review 6：Great location, ideal for exploring Lake Garda. Staff very attentive & helpful - provided us with plenty of useful information. Rooms good - excellent housekeeping in rooms. Breakfasts very, very good - nice to go to breakfast and to be greeted by friendly staff & be able to avail of a great selection of food.

Review 8：Large rooms with lake view terrace. Garden and pool area directly at the lake. Quite a few good restaurants on walking distance.

Review 9：The only tiny niggle was that the food service stopped early evening and as the food and service was excellent it would have been nice to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel overlooking the lake instead of having to walk to other nearby restaurants. Having said that, the Casino Restaurant next door was amazing, and the rest of the restaurants were only a 10-15 minute walk away and were great value for money.

Review 10：The staff were very friendly, in particular the bar and restaurant staff and are a credit to the hotel. They could not do enough for us. The location is excellent, overlooking Lake Garda and every room has a lake view. The pool, access to the lake and surrounding facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review 11：Just two small things could have been really nice too: a kettle and tea & coffee making facilities, plus an iron & ironing board in the room. (But not that important!)
