Review 1：Until check out everything was perfect. Unfortunately, at check out they tried to charge a fee of 65 Eur each for a supposed mandatory boat trip that we newer went on. That fee was not mentioned at all in our booking.com confirmation. Furthermore, at our arrival they presented us this trip as optional and never during our stay did anybody mentioned anything about being mandatory. Luckily, after a short argument, they gave up to that fee.
