Review 1：We booked a more expensive room just for the wellness included but the wellness is closed in whole August (and in Sundays at other times). It is rather a problem with booking.com, they allowed us to book it and you can find this information only at other terms part... The hotel gave us a free tourist card for 2 days instead of the wellness but it is not the same... Our room looked to a narrow street and other houses. The breakfast was OK but you cannot order any hot meal (e.g. scrambled eggs or bacon).

Review 9：Our car GPS directed us to the overflow parking area which is some distance from the hotel. This was fortunate as there was no parking space available at the hotel until after the restaurant closed.

Review 10：The location is convenient for travellers en route from Italy to Austria but not very convenient for visitors to Trento. The room was large and bright, the bed comfortable and the restaurant was very good.

Review 13：The room I was given had a bad odor, the girl was nice and explained that due to the change in weather it caused the odor... that's BS because the hall and the rest of the common areas of the Hotel smelled fine. The wifi in the room was non-existent and I was only able to connect the following morning in the lobby. Management needs to learn about WiFi Reception... Just because the router is in the lobby doesn't mean it's going to reach a 3rd floor room through concrete floors and walls.

Review 14：The girl at the front desk was awesome and the dinner was good... Breakfast was good too.

Review 15：Lack of help with a booking problem which has led to my failing to obtain a discount arranged by the museum. In addition too many things wrong with the room on arrival - no light in bathroom, no soap, confusing light controls, unpleasant perfume which had an allergic response on me, failed door card, However, most problems were solved soon or the next day.

Review 18：Breakfast this is what the Hotel should shame. Very few selections of everything. The cheeses and hams looked like from few days ago. Before 9 p.m. everything is closed in the area so if you need to eat something you can do it in the Hotel or you need to visit Trento/Trentino ca. 5 km away. Where you can eat great pizza :)

Review 19：Quite nice SPA area but need a refresh, a little bit old and "tired" Good location, easy to find, very helpful and nice stuff. Nice look at the mountains and easy access to the highway.

Review 20：Cleanliness in our room (room 105) was extremely poor - especially in toilet/shower room. Toilet, which was bolted to the wall was dangerous, loose from the wall, an accident is to happen of not fixed. Morena from reservation department was very very arrogant, her attitude was opposite all the other staff.

Review 67：There was no internet due to technical problems. The spa and indoor pool made me choose this hotel. Imagine my disappointment when I found out at check-in that the pool and spa was closed. Since hotel was paid for already, I couldn't cancel it. Had to wait too long to be served in the restaurant. My 4 year old son was hungry, but lost his appetite in the process.

Review 68：Perfect for us to stay one night on our journey to south Italy. Near highway but not too close, cosy, clean, quiet and with parking. Hotel restaurant was closed for dinner, but it was possible to eat in pizzeria connected to this hotel. In the morning, there was a nice view at mountains from our windows.

Review 70：It is a very good place to stay. Though it is a bit far from the city there are frequent buses which takes you to this place. The staffs were very friendly. Rooms are very clean, luxurious and elegant. Excellent breakfast. The main highlight is the Trento guest card provided by the hotel(free), with which you can travel anywhere in Trento region and visit museums, castles, etc. free of cost.

Review 73：Not very easy to find using a GPS, the searched address goes to a house area near the hotel. The rooms are small for a 4* hotel, Wi-fi not working with the passwd taken from the reception. The guy from the reception was slow in registering us, we had dinner and after 1 h we were not yet registered in the system to be billed for our meal by the restaurant

Review 86：Two things that I find very important during my stays is Internetconnection and parking. As for the first one, there weren't any problemswith the connection except for the fact that there is no wi-fi and youneed to use a cable (which you can get at the reception) which makes ita little uncomfortable. As for the second one, there is a parking infront of the hotel but I don't know if it belongs to the hotel and thereis no underground parking (which means the car is not protected from thesun heat and from thieves). What I found really surprising was that theair conditioning wasn't very strong. You don't really sweat from theheat but I would appreciate my room a little cooler. One more thing -there is supposed to be a wellness at the hotel and you even pay extramoney for the room that includes access to it. But it was closed (and westill payed the money...)

Review 87：The hotel was clean and nice enough but I wouldn't expect it otherwisesince it was a 4* hotel. The room was rather spacious and so was thebathroom. I liked the breakfast. Usually, I would say that it was astandard and enjoyable breakfast, but after my stay in Italy, I can tellthat their standards are much lower than in other countries I've visitedso if you go by Italian standards, I guess it was excellent andespecially the choice was really wide. All in all, it was a good hotel.

Review 88：A/c is not working properly. Very hot room! Warning NO Swimming pool during the months of July and August! Also no spa facilities! Pizzeria is closed during August. So only place to eat is Hotel restaurant which is reasonable.

Review 93：This was a horrible hotel in many respects. I would not stay here under any circumstances. First, there were ants crawling all over the room. I found an ant on my two-month old baby! My wife found a dead ant in here ear the morning after sleeping in the hotel. After running the "air conditioning" for two hours, it was still 82 degrees in the room. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said that I should just open the door to the shared balcony if I wanted it to be cooler. We ended up sleeping with the door wide open where anyone could have stepped in and taken my baby out of the pack and play by our bed. This hotel is not actually in Trent either, it's in the next town over. Do not stay here.

Review 97：We booked triple room and it was disappointing in terms of the comfort,cleaniness and huge noise from the shops delivery just below ourwindows, so after first night we asked the reception to change the room.We got the junior suite that was on the other side of the buidingtherefore quiet, comportable, more specious and clean. We were shockedthat it is in the same hotel, as the quality was so different in thosetwo rooms... It is also disaapointing that we were not offered thejunior suite from the begining since they knew we are with kid and forfew nights.
