Review 1：Noise from nearby tram lines. Despite nice facilities in the lobby, rooms are rather plain, interior is not enjoyable. Awful hair dryers - do take your own if you don't want to spend an hour on drying your hair.

Review 2：Perfect location within 30 min walk to city centre, near shops, restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet with vast variety of choices, but limited in healthy options. Friendly staff. Wi-fi available everywhere for free.

Review 3：The bed, not comfortable. The bedding - the quilt was not enclosed in a proper quilt cover but had a sheet over it and a sheet under it so during the night you often had just the quilt next to your body. This did not aid an interrupted sleep. Never seen such before

Review 8：I have never seen a bed this big :) This hotel is perfect to stay a night before going somewhere else. It may be a bit confusing how to get there from airport because there is a highway between.

Review 9：Shower did not work properly and I burnt myself several times. Staff advised of this, said they would "fix the shower" but nothing was done. Internet was the slowest of any hotel I've been to in the past few years. Almost unusable. Very limited choice of food for breakfast. Long walk in the dark to the airport (15-20min).

Tried sorting with head quarters as the hotel itself said they didn't receive my complaint.we had asked for the air con to be turned off, and they didnt. The email backdrop head quarters made it out like I was lying as they said they had turned it down. They very much didn't and we didn't sleep. Felt we shouldn't have had to pay for the stay as it wasn't our fault,we had no control over the air on, but then to be basically called a liar was even worse. Would. Never stay in these hotels because if you have any issues that isn't youre fault, you will be fobbed off.

Review 17：Room service not good... Asked for a burger at 18.00 to be told the kitchen wasn't open.. No mention of this on menu... It said anytime after 12 noon. Offered a toasted vegetarian sandwich which was without a doubt the worst apology for food I have ever seen!

Review 32：Lacking in atmosphere as you would expect from an airport hotel. Taxi is €25 to the city, if you walk across to the airport a local bus only costs a few Euro and is very frequent. Would stay here again but only if necessary.

Although some people say you need to take the bus to go to the airport it makes no sense. You can easily walk from the hotel to the airport in 10 minutes. If your bags are very heavy or it rains you may take the transfer but if eather is nice and bags light I advise walking.

Review 38：I was disappointed to find there was no milk available for our tea/coffee in the room, after a long journey it would have been nice, I went to reception to ask for milk, she seemed surprised when I queried this and said it was only available in the deluxe rooms, being Irish this is a very normal request, I was given milk but it was hot and frothy, I just wanted normal cold milk.....I frequent the hotel...so it looks like I have to bring my own milk?????? otherwise I like the hotel.

Review 59：It would be nice if the hotel had a proper bar: not just a coffee bar and a rather soul-less restaurant. The shuttle to the airport instructions were a bit vague: do you pay or not...I walked to and from the Orio terminal instead: this takes about 15 minutes. Tip: when you arrive at the airport and decide to walk to the hotel, turn right, head to the exit and follow the pedestrian under passage to the Orio Centre. the hotel is beside the Centre.

On check in we were told about the shuttle service to the airport which cost 5 euro each, however when we came down in the Morning at 5 AM, we were told we should have pre booked this and would have to wait an hour and a half for the next shuttle which is not much of a service for an Airport Hotel a Taxi Cost 15 Euros for the short trip across the Motorway. So near but yet so far from the Airport..Walked from the Airport to the Hotel, a tunnel crosses under the motorway, narrow footpaths along a busy roadway wouldn't fancy doing this in the dark pulling cases The price quoted on bookings did not include the tourist taxes which I felt should have been included in the total price, as it was in the other hotels we stayed in in Italy.

You should go right app 600 meters from terminal and after you crossed the road, another 600 meters back. There is a transfer, shuttle bus for 5 euro, from hotel to terminal, but no transfer from airport to the hotel.

It is ridiculous to have a shuttle with 7 seats for a such huge hotel! What about other guests?? it does not say anywhere that I should book the shuttle in advance As I told it is not to far to walk to the airport but it is not what I expect to walk there with heavy suitcases early morning when I booked a hotel with a shuttle!

I estimate the room temperature was about 22.5°C, maybe 23°C and that's quite hot for sleeping + when you struggle with your Luggage you start sweating already. The good thing is when it's hot: you're less hungry so we skipped breakfast and saved the money.

Review 122：Price not so nice. Hotel seems to be 100 m from the airport - just across the highway. Unfortunately to reach the airport you have to walk about ~1.5 km (~15-20 min), by the uncomfortable, narrow and uneven sidewalk. Otherwise you may choose a shuttle for 5 Euros !!! A better solution should be proposed by the hotel!

Review 130：There was only cold water in the bathroom. When you stay for a night before a flight all you want is a bed and a shower and I didn't get it. I cannot believe I paid over 100 euros for a room with no warm water so I had to shower in another one, all the way down the hallway, walking in a towel, not even a bathrobe. I have not received any compensation for that, which made me really angry! I want my money back!!! I will never stay at this hotel again.
