Review 1：The side effect of the excellent location is that there is not convenient car parking. Furthermore, we used a GPS navigator to arrive at the hotel, which failed to find the hotel, because it is on a street, which turned out an alley way wide enough for pedestrian traffic only. Anyway, trying to find the hotel while driving a car, proved to be daunting.
Review 2：The hotel is located in the middle of the historical city. It is a bit pricey but given the location it is worth it.
Review 3：The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet. make sure to ask for a room away from the pub below as other reviewers have recommended. We would absolutely stay there again.
Review 4：While some might rate the decor as somewhat dated, I found it really made the hotel charming for me. Combine that with very helpful staff and it was a lovely night's stay!
Review 5：- very bad isolation (thin walls) inside: you can hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room (incl. when they are in the bathroom :-O). I was lucky not to have neighbors the first 2 days. - wifi is not for free and speed is not guaranteed

Review 8：Very good hotel, located right in the centre of Trento, near all the main attractions and amenities. The room we were given was extremely spacious and clean, breakfast was good, and staff very helpful in finding us a restaurant that would still eopen so close to Ferragosto, the main Italian holiday.

Review 34：1. The walls are paper thin! I could hear the man in the room next to mine, snoring and talking on the phone. 2. The person at the reception told me that the hotel does not have a clothing iron, rather I should hand over my clothes which would be ironed and returned to me at a substantial cost 3. There is no warm breakfast.. only cold cuts.

Review 36：The coffee you get as part of the all inclusive breakfast wasn't very good - you have to pay extra for the real stuff. In fact I didn't think the breakfast buffet was all-that, compared with other hotels in the area. Also when I first arrived I could barely get a hello out of the receptionist, although she warmed up after a while, and the next receptionist on duty was really sweet and helped me find a particular shop I was looking for which turned out to be literally just round the corner.
Review 37：Eating breakfast outside in the courtyard. My room was huge (I think I booked a superior double) and the air conditioning worked well - which might sound trivial, but it was baking hot outside.

Also: Helpful staff, cheap wifi, decent breakfast. AlsoTrento was a lovely getaway destination. Not so crowded as Verona and abetter deal.

Review 42：The hotel is really noisy in the morning. The doors are thin and you can hear everything on the outside - as much as other people can hear you on the inside. The price is a bit too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Even though it is a 4 star hotel, it is very very simple and the only carachteristic that I could find of a 4 star is the cleaness. The internet is paid if you stay on rooms on the 1st floor (3 euros for 24 hours).
