Review 1：A little noisy at the front side due to the cafes in the city centre.
Review 2：Nice room, very clean, excellent wifi, cosy garden where breakfast was served. Helpful and hard working personnel. Overall nice and comfortable. Interesting architecture.
Review 3：The staff at breakfast were extremely rude. I think they were under staffed and stressed but we were snapped at when asking for a coffee.

Review 5：A tiny downer for me is that smoking is allowed in the entire restaurant garden. I prefer to sit with other non-smokers but the garden is too nice to stay away from.

Review 36：I slept in room #27 and this was in a room opposite a bar that was loud and noisy all night. Horrible. Staff said problem was known before, and police was called. In my opinion money should be reimbursed for a sleepless night.

Review 38：Sometimes by 3-4am you could hear people shouting and music from one of the bars nearby, every time some drunk got out to have a cigarrete. Not the hotel's fault at all, and nothing a good pair of earplugs can't sort out.
Review 39：Loved my room which was huge. Everything was spotless, nice attention to detail offering complimentary bottles of water and wine. The whole hotel has a very modern stylish design, right in the middle of Hasselt's main attractions, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming, thanks to Esther for all the tips by the way. Next to the hotel there's a really good restaurant, Blue Olive, which I would recommend to anyone as well.
