Review 1：A personal preference - the twin beds were a little narrow than we would like.
Review 2：A spacious, clean property with good in room facilities including fridge & tea/ coffee making. The friendly & helpful host was keen to share his local knowledge and advise on local amenities & suitable day-trips.

Review 4：This is really the best place and value for money! The location is very convenient, in the center of a lovely, peaceful village, just in 2 minutes walk from a long beach with white sand and clear blue water. Just around the corner there is a bust stop where you can take a bus and to travel around the Sardinia island, there are many beautiful beaches nearby. You can also travel by boat, it will take you up to 5 minutes to walk to the harbor. The room was very comfortable, good Wi-Fi connection, and the breakfast was excellent! Besides, there are many cafes and 2 or 3 supermarkets around the place. And special thanks to Antonello who is a very-very friendly and helpful host! He helped us with anything we needed: with bus schedules, with boat excursions, told us where to go, what to see and how to get there, and gave us a number of discount cards to the local cafes which were very useful. The last day we had the ferry at 22:30 p.m. and Antonello even allowed us to stay in our room till the evening for no extra charge, it was really great! If you are going to visit Sardinia, we advise you to stay in La Locanda Del Mare B&B, you wiil certainly love this place!

Review 7：The place is right in the middle of La Caletta, which is a modest beach town with a nice vibe. Antonello is really one of those hosts that goes above and beyond; he spent hours with me planning the rest of my time in Sardinia and even called my next destination to make sure I had made it ok.
Review 8：Clean rooms with air condition. great location(literarily 2' walk from the sea),warm welcome by a genuine and friendly host.discount vouchers were given on arrival for local restaurants which we found very handy.surprisingly,we had the breakfast outside,served by Antonello who is a very happy person making our day start with a big smile on our faces...!

Also the rooms were very clean and the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated. The breakfast was also nice and served on the balcony. The hotel is positioned in a good location with easy parking around the corner and next to shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach also.

Выдает скидочные талоны в очень хорошие и вкусные места. Если куда-то советует поехать - едьте, не пожалеете. Кстати, первый прилично обставленный B&B на Сардинии за весь наш трип. Вроде бы не указано в описании, но есть бесплатный паркинг.

Moreover, we came later than expected but Antonello was waiting for us without any complaints. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, we felt comfy in the room. We recommend this place. For breakfast we had a delicious cappucino, juice, croissants, yoguhrt, jam, cheese, tomatos, and more.The rooms were new, clean and modern furnished. Air conditioning was working well. A few minutes on foot we reached a beautiful, long beach with white sand. Also there was a possibility of free parking a few minutes (on foot) from the b&b. We liked a lot this place and would definitely come back again!!!

Stayed in room 102, brand new furniture and always clean. Wifi worked on 4Mbit correctly. Location is very good. Also restaurant just across the road. Cheapest diesel in Sardinia just 150 metres away on gas station. Do not hesitate and go for it.
