Review 1：The rooms are too small, the bathroom as well. Nothing around, no restorants, nor shops even to buy a tooth paste or water. Although is near to the train station you can't walk to, for everything you need to take a taxi.

Review 2：1. Located behind the station, so it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to the attractions. 2. Since the 1st morning, most old fruit gone while no new fruit added. So I guess this could be a routine on week days or off the season.

Review 3：English-speaking staff helpful, room clean, comfortable, and breakfast not bad, esp., the 1st morning, Sunday morning.

Review 4：The staff was a bit standoffish, and not as helpful as I would have liked. Acted like it was a huge hassle to explain the bike rental process to us.

Review 5：The bike rental service was very convenient for visiting all of the monuments throughout Ravenna. The room was extremely clean and we were very comfortable throughout our stay.

Review 8：Stayed in July 2015. Had to sleep with windows closed otherwise mosquitoes woild eat us up sleeping. As the aircon recirculated the air within the room (like in a closed can as there were no vents whatsoever), the air quality was low. The fridge in the room is mini and you can hardly squeeze in any stuff of your own.

Review 9：Good breakfast and own parking lot, silence at night. When you leave the hotel, turn left, go down to the pavement and round the corner you will find a tiny pizzeria (which mainly focuses on pizza delivery but has two large tables) where you will find about 20 pizzas for 5 Euros max, the most expensive will reach 8 Euros. Tasty and the staff speaks good English.

Review 10：No good restaurants near by, a bit far from the historical sites, ac was iffy, bikes were first come first serve and there weren't enough bikes, unattractive location

Review 13：You get what you pay for. Centrally located just right next to the train station. Wifi is excellent. Coming with a small child, cleanliness is very impt to us, and that's what we actually had in this hotel. Well maintained room, comfy bed and spotless bathroom. Oh, and the breakfast, superb! We'll definitely come back here again.

The hotel is only 15 km from the park so it's a very good location for that and is also really close to the city centre. Staff very friendly, rooms really nice and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Istayed one night and returned for 2 nights a few days later. THe staffallowed me to leave my car on my first day after check out so I couldexpore the city at leisure. THe breakfast was delicious. Continental,but lots of fruit, cereal, bread, yoghurts.. Different meats.. The hotelis only a nice walk / cycle from the city centre.. The bikes are a greatidea.. I spent a day just cycling around and felt like a native..

Review 59：The hotel needs to give better directions in its online site or people arriving by train. It is not obvious from the current description that you have to cross about a dozen railroad tracks to get to the place. There is a pedestrian cross over at one point but it is not obvious for newly arrived visitors that the exit places you beyond the railway tracks and beyond the street where the hotel is located. Also the street address, Via Darsena 9, is assigned to two different locations. When you arrive by train (as many travelers in Europe do) there are lots of signs to the hotel's apartments but none to the hotel itself. Better signage would also help.

Review 62：This time my room was facing the railway and was getting very noisy sometimes. The breakfast selection is extremely poor and nothing warm is offered. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and there are barely anywhere to eat in walking distance from the hotel .

Review 63：I stayed in this Hotel previously. the hotel is clean, the bed mattress and pillows are very comfortable. You have a basic Sky selection on TV and it’s not far from center. If you have a car you can easily park your car in hotel parking free of charge. There is a WiFi all around the hotel.

Review 64：It's close to a major road, so at night the street noise gets into the room even through the walls, it was impossible to regulate the heating (only by opening the window), the carpet was torn in a well visible spot, the staff starts to clean even before 9.00 am (quite annoying) - except from that it was perfect. Ah, at 9.15 am the phone rung once, probably to wake me up so I wouldn't miss the check-out (10.30 am) - even more annoying!

One of the receptionists (not all) didn’t seem to be much interested in his job and didn’t try to help when there was a problem. The buffet breakfast was very poor in variety. There were just 2-3 different type of cakes and cookies and nothing warm to eat.
