Abitare in Vacanza is just 150 feet from the La Caletta Port and a quarter mile from the sandy beach. It provides modern apartments—the ones in the main building feature free Wi-Fi and a balcony or patio with BBQ facilities.

Review 1：Interior of this hotel is nice and modern. The apartment is very well equipped. The residence has also a gym and a foosball table. Very friendly owner. Unfortunately the swimmingpool was closed due to the end of the season, but the owner arranged that we could use the swimming pool of the adjacent hotel.
Review 2：Some of the car parking area was on rough ground and access to the paved area was over a bumpy unpaved track.
Review 3：Great location beside the harbour. Shops, restaurants and supermarket within a few minutes walk. Iron and hairdryer provided. Oven, hob and microwave in apartment. Manager very friendly and gave us lots of information on La Caletta and surrounding areas. Pools well kept and plenty of sunbeds. Good value for money.Beach within walking distance.
Review 4：The swimming pool could not be used during our stay and it seemed this is not going to change...
Review 5：Interior is a nice mix of old (50s/60s) and new design elements, the owner was a nice gentlemen, in walking distance to shopping facilities and restaurants (we recommend Meloni&Fresu), on weekends there is a night market, aircondition worked fine, two beaches in walking distance.

Review 8：I just enjoyed my rest in this hotel! The guy in reception was very kind. Interior of this hotel is modern and very cozy. The rooms are clear and well equipped. Big balcony. A view of the pier from it was just vonderful! The hotel has gym for those who like to exercise. Good security of the hotel. Very recommend!
Review 9：Expensive airport transfer. It was out of season and a nearby, undrained pool attracted loads of mosquitos. A quick local guide in the room would have been very useful.

Close distance to number of different beaches ( not a single time we visited a same beach during our 6 days holiday) 6. Walking distance (4,5 minutes) to loads of different cafes and restaurants (Which was great for having Italian quality coffee in the morning ...) 7. Again walking distance to supermarkets & pharmacies & laundry 8. Superb swimming pool for late night swim ! 9. GYM with harbour view equipped with loads of high-tech instruments ! 10. Secure car park with CCTV 11. many more that I really cant remember them, but one thing I know is that I am going back to ABITARE for my next Sardinia visit !

Good location (la caleta is a nice small town, nice beach coastline, windsurfing). Though you need a car to get to this hotel (no public transport available). Parking spots inside the hotel garden (locked with gate). Owner is friendly and attentive

Review 30：- central location - short distance to Nuoro, Orosei, San Teodoro, Budoni... - very friendly, helpful and open-minded hotel manager and team - nice/ clean apartment with great balcony. - the standard of the furniture & kitchen "equipment" is really up to date/ new (sofa, kitchen table, seats, bed) - best standard of the security equipment like safe, front door lock - great view from the balcony to the harbor (morning sun to enjoy the breakfast - lovely)
Review 31：Annoying few details: as mosquitoes, surcharge for the bedlinen was 20 Eur, but it was full of sand, we felt as sleeping in the beach, damp smell in room... So, the residence seems very modern, but at the end of the day very uncomfortable and soulless...
Review 32：Not really anything I did not like, just an observation: apartments do not have exactly identical facilities - had no kettle and no microwave upstairs. We are sure though we could have had additional items though if we had asked the friendly manager. -- Another point: the marina is partially a working harbour, meaning that fishing boats can leave in the early hours. You might hear the boat engines when you leave the windows open at night.
Review 33：We booked our stay rather late as a result of a last-minute change of location (had second thoughts about another booking) and requested a sea-view if possible. Although we weren't able to get sea-view when we checked in, we were offered a change of apartment from the second day of our stay for a nominal extra charge and enjoyed the views over the harbour from the top floor very much. Spacious balcony and very clean apartment. Manager checked us in and even provided recommendations for local beaches to visit and pointed our their best features. WIFI was only available in the main 'residence' building, however this turned out to be one of the best and most reliable connections that I have come across and comfortable sitting areas were available, so no hardship at all! Wide choice of TV stations, all in Italian - but who needs a TV when it's sunny outside and there are beaches in walking distance. San Giovanni beach is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the left past the marina. The main beach off to the right goes on for several miles and has shady areas. Best beaches were Capo Comino and Berchidda. Don't let the 4km down the dirt track let you put off Berchidda beach, it's OK in a normal car and worth it. The apartments have ample free parking, restaurants in town are in walking distance ('Britannia' was particularly good and worth a second visit, they even speak fluent English!), there are several supermarkets and a petrol station with reasonable prices. Streets are well-lit at night, so you can just walk into town for dinner. The town still felt relaxed, quiet and slow-paced rather than a money-making resort. Finally, big plus of these apartments: they don't rip you off with silly extras such as TV use and utilities, instead finally cleaning is included in the rates and towels & linen is all the extra cost you have to consider (EUR 40 for two for 8 days). Security deposit was paid back promptly at check-out.

Review 35：Almost everything. Good location, very nice personel, nice interior design, close to sea, close to main street in La Caletta. The noise from nearby locations I read about was not disturbing at all. The room was small but had all that was needed. It was very clean and well kept.
Review 36：The airconditioning produced a disturbing low-frequency noise, but wewere able to switch it off (beginning of April). Also the Wifi-signalvaried greatly from time to time, it often went completely down. All therest was good to excellent!
