Review 1：I cannot believe it is a four star hotel! Perhaps it is because of the gold course, because everything rest is really really cheap! The bathrooms are super old and run down and all appliances very cheap. The minibar is locked with a key. In addition the internet connection barely works. The breakfast was pathetic and overpriced, although the person at the bar was friendly. And one of the people at the reception is extremely impolite (not Roberto, who was very nice and helpful).

Review 7：The internet sessions expire after a couple of hours so you have to keep going to reception for new passwords. Can't walk anywhere, so have to take the car.

Review 17：Staff did not greet properly, not even hello!! Then Room was 26 degreescelsius, air conditioned did not work and after fiddling with thecontrol for over half an hour with no result I called the reception andthey said they could not help me. Then they let me talk with thedirector who when came to the phone asked: What do you want!! In a harshvoice instead of what can I do for you how can I help etc, gave me someunreasonable explanation and said he was hoping the ac would work in theevening. I threatened him with either having it work or I would call ataxi and go elsewhere, told him about my heart condition (which by theway is not true) and 15 minutes later it was working!!Restaurant opens at 20:00, I came in and sat for 15 minutes not a soul to be seen then gave up and went to eat elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Review 18：The hotel is located right next to the highway. Rooms are out-dated, Beds are too short (1.9 meter), Showering only in the bathtub, without a shower curtain everything gets wet. Minibar is locked, so you have to go to the reception to get a key to get a drink. Bar closes at 10. Wifi connection costs extra and signal is only good in the bar. In the room there my cell phone could not find any signal, the laptop only got 1 stripe and connetion timed out many times. Curtains in front of the window are too small, so light from the streetlights shines underneath is, directly on the bed! Swimming pool had no water in it (end of may!)
