Review 1：Small plain room , but value for money.

Review 2：The receptions staff were superb. Good English and were wonderful helping me out with a non hotel issue. Half way between the city center and beach.

Review 3：We were housed in a room in front of the windows of which passed the chimneys of the kitchen, which created noise. For view can not speak.

Review 11：The mattresses were really hard and since i suffer from back pain i woke every morning with pain in my back. If they change the matteress the hotel will have nothing bad.

Review 12：I would like to thank the receipionist Rosaria for she was very helpful and also the staff who served breakfast. You have no problem with the parking and wifi. The food at the restuarant was excellent and the service was good.

Review 13：Window in the bathroom slammed in the wind. There was only one chair in the room and it was not possible to get another from the staff, even then we were several people in the room. The aircondition was not good enought to cool down the hole room. The view from the room was over an industrial area and not very plesant to look at. The hotel was located cloose to a intersection. No safe place to park your motorbike.

Review 26：Me friend in California told them he was sending them a very important letter for me. Which cost me 70$. The hotel was so far out of town for us that we had to find a closer hotel I told the hotel but forgot to mention again the letter and they sent it back without contacting me. I was available by email.

Review 28：Even we ordered non-smokers rooms, we received 1 of them not "clean" from smoking, we needed to change it. But was easy, with help of reception.

Review 31：Cosy and silent place right near the bus stop for the Ravenna centre. Breakfast was very good for 3 stars. The staff is very helping and welcoming, they even had one Russian speaking guy.

Review 32：The restaurant attached to the hotel was poor. The staff appeared to be over-run possibly due to lack of experience and were not particularly helpful. However, we were not sure whether the restaurant was actually part of the hotel and therefore this may not be an issue with the hotel.

Review 37：I've appreciated the 24/24 check-in and the late check out (till h12 a.m.) The breakfast was good, apart from the cake that weren't not so tasty. The room was well air conditioned, the bath was new and the bed confortable

Review 38：We went to Ravenna to visit Mirabilandia leisure park. The hotel is quite close if you own a car, about 10\15 min. We bought the leisure park tickets directly from them and managed to save around 12 euros. It has free parking; the staff was nice and friendly; the breakfast was rich enough; the room was clean and spacious and even though lots of people complain about the noise, we slept with open windows and were not bothered at all; the bathroom was very big and clean.
