Review 1：Small size of bathroom.

Review 2：My husband and I both have bad backs but found the bed extremely comfortable. Very happy. Great shower with lots of pressure, spotlessly clean. Great for travellers going to the snow etc.

Review 3：The owner had this white male supremacy attitude. After learning that we are from China, he immiediately made comments twice about how his bicycle parts are 'not made in China so they are reliable you know!' During our 3 days stay he kept trying to lecture us and always goes 'this is how things work in Australia!' one morning we were having our breakfast ( it was $16 buffet breakfast), there were about 5 groups having breakfast at the time, he walked straight to our table and said: 'in Australia, when you have buffet you have to finish whatever food you have on your plate..' At that point I got annoyed and told him we are well aware of it. And he just went on: yeah I just want to explain to you this is how things work in Australia. I think our stay would have been better without encounters like this with the owner

Review 17：This place is great for family with kids or young couples like us. Great views of the lake while eating a hot breakfast before heading up into the mountains. It's definitely out dated no Hilton but it is a bed and was half the price of anywhere else in jindy.

Review 18：Breakfast was below average, with not much variety. The only juice provided was orange juice which tasted like cordial. Would be nice if there were some fruit available at breakfast. The man that owned the place rarely smiled and was not particularly welcoming. He even became quite defensive with one of the other guests who mentioned the juice tasted like cordial. His wife however was very sweet, very nice and always smiled.

Review 24：Very pricy for what you get: ie rooms need refurbishing if I pay this amount if money, breakfast tables and chairs also need upgrade for this amount if money and breakfast quality also for this amount of money. But: you pay more everywhere there compared to other locations in Australia.

Review 33：We've stayed in most of this style of accommodation in Jindabyne and I think that the Ski Inn is the best overall package. Anton is a wonderful host, very friendly and interesting. The value is excellent and even though the rooms aren't particularly fancy they are clean, decent sized, comfortable and warm. There's a good drying room. The central fireplace in the lounge is cozy and Anton has a good selection of beers and wines.

Review 34：It was so bad The heater didn't work and it was cold night, Wifi didn't work No microwave no shampoo no soap, Beds and pillows were uncomfortable It's only a motel and we've been charged $350 per night! And honestly I wouldn't recommend it to no one.

Review 36：The new owner didn't fulfil our request for an upstairs room. As past customers and with the former owners who were wonderful. This owner didn't seem to be able to communicate to us in a way that wasn't whinging. I asked to borrow a hair dryer and he said "make sure I bring it back and not take it home with me" He gave us a Saturday night dinner which the previous owners always provided free of charge but then he said no you already have received a discount for booking with booking.com so he reneged on the dinner lol. We had to ask him to dress the bunks as we were not partners and wanted separate beds. He advised he didn't like dressing the beds because customers tend to sleep in all of them then. He complained about other customers to us on two occasions. I just felt he needed a little training in the customer service department. We left one day earlier than planned. We probably won't go back as when you are used to a certain level of service and it is taken away by newcomers. It just took away from the whole experience. The young woman and young man that worked there were lovely.

Review 39：The room and the beds are so comfortable and the room smells nice. The breakfast tastes so good and has good variety. Not having to worry about breakfast is great. Even has foolsball, xbox and play station. The host is very friendly. The place is very warm.

Review 42：There are no chairs or tables in the rooms - just lots of beds! This is because it functions as a skiing hotel for large groups of people in the winter months. Not a problem since there are comfortable seats and two large TV's in the main lounge are, but just be aware that if you wanted to 'escape' to the peace and quiet of your room you'd have to sit on or lie on/in a bed.

Review 66：Our room was right next to the common room so we were easily woken up by people walking past at all hours. We didn't sleep very well as a result. We had a friend over to visit for an hour one afternoon and a staff member was quite rude with the way he went about letting us know we couldn't have anyone visit without letting staff know.
