Review 1：Hotel is very luxurious. It is situated on the beach with a beautiful view. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes close by (driving distance). The staff are polite and cheerful. It was an overall excellent experience

Review 2：this is the only disadvantage : when i checked in, they gave me a (none view room, a room shows the parking with no sun to come in) but they've offered solutions with a same price range or to pay additional to upgrade , they were reasonable and flexible

Review 6：No sound proofing what so ever between rooms. for two nights we could not sleep because of next room noise. Even though the front desk / reception interfered the next room residents did not care. Big gathering with no sound proof between rooms nothing can help other than changing the room. we had to quit and cut our stay in Kuwait short.

Check in delayed for an hour, I had to go find the conceirge to help me with my luggage at check in time and the vallet lost my car and found it after 30 minutes or so. The AC was not working and the technicians could not fix it after spending an hour in the room.

Review 38：One of the best hotel in Kuwait since you feel the luxuries of the hotel from the first contact point (reception) and the staff welcome treatment were they provide me with free upgrade to a higher room category without my request, huge & spacious lobby, class luxuries room, delicious & wide selection of breakfast, nice private beach & swimming pool & finally they extended my late check out when I requested for it.

Review 39：Room wasn't very clean. Minibar was never replenished after I used it. Bed mattress is too soft and so are the pillows. Kids were allowed to roam the hallways at all times of the night were disruptive to sleeping soundly. Valet situation is abysmal; and always confused whether we paid or not. Checkout took a long time.

The restaurants of the hotel closes early, earlier than the posted midnight closing time, so I had to use the in-room dine in menu; the food selection is very limited and very expensive.

Review 44：The Regency is one of the best hotels in Kuwait; it has a good location and well-made atmosphere in the lobby. I occasionally visit The Liwan Cafe, just to enjoy sitting in the quite lobby. Rooms are nice and clean, and a clean bathroom. Most of the stay was good, the valet parking staff, reception and nice breakfast buffet.

Review 45：only niggling issue was that bathroom was a little small in my room and you couldn't open door with juggling round toilet.

Review 46：Very little not to like about this hotel. When first approaching the hotel you go 'oh' and feel a little disappointed, this is due to the conference facilities are in front of main reception but just even walking through the conference rooms you can see the opulence of hotel. The reception and main foyer is majestic and very impressive, external the veranda, pool and beach facilities are first class. I only tried the buffet held in the silk room but this is the best and largest buffet of foods I've ever encountered. You dont need to leave hotel as the food is diverse and fantastic. Hotel staff are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Amazing & very clean as a ground floor room without any insects even though it was mid August :) We ordered a lovely chocolate birthday cake & candle was included :) Celebrated in the balcony with great night view of hotel lights. The night view of hotel with lights seems as Christmas time lightenings :) One of the best hotels breakfast buffet, we enjoyed with beach/pool view! In room dinning included amazing lobster club sandwich & fresh juices. Hotel lobby restaurant serves great Arabic coffee with dates. There is also a seperate area of beach and swimming pool for women, if they want privacy.

Review 75：My booking was a room with a balcony and a garden view that was not the case the hotel this is the offered room from booking there are no room with what was mentioned and if we want the same room we had to pay extra. The policy of the hotel no food from outside no drinks from outside don't put your leg on the sofa don't and don't. I think also they should band us from talking I was like a school not a hotel. The security on the gate sarch your bags always till I refused in the end. The rooms needs upgrading. The TV was slow in response it needs also upgrading. I did not like anything in this hotel also my family it was the worst hotel ever and if I can I will give it a -5 star. Sure I will not think of booking there again and I would not recommend it for any one at all. The worst hotel of the 21st century and maybe the 22nd also.

I was disappointed that i wasnt allowed to use the pool at midnight or early in the morning. The rises at 4:30. By 7 its too hot. change your opening hours for the summer. At least announce it so we can choose an alternative solution

I was taking photos of my friend near my suit a lady imployee came to inform me that they don't allow photography in the Hotel even if it was personal but she was very rude she was questioning me in a rude way and she asked about my nationality and my friend nationality. At night I requested extra bed but they infomed me that they ran out of extra beds. The pool restaurant is very slowly I had to wait for the order for long time
