Review 1：The cramped space and lack of room for 2 person especially since the room was suppose to fit 2 person.

Review 2：I love how the hotel is located near most of aomori's sight seeings sight. We were able to access most of the places by walking.

Review 12：The place is well decorated and the room has provided all necessary functions along with a big 40"" flat screen tv. Its location is in the walking distance to all major sites of Aomori.

Review 13：We're used to small rooms in Japan, but this was a squeeze even for us! We didn't like the pseudo-sandalwood airfreshner used either, which was unusual for a Japanese hotel.

Review 17：Staff are kind and helpful and rooms are your standard affair for Japanese hotels at this price range. Location is close to most areas, morning market, cultural museum and the train station (a day trip to Hirosaki Castle is easy). Though be wary that if you are planning to walk to the Ferry it would probably take up to an hour.

Review 20：Most hotels in Hirosaki & Aomori city were full except for APA and room rates was not cheap (probably due to this) so we had some hesitation booking it. But room was much better than we expected, clean & decent. Staffs were very helpful and they could communicate in English!

Review 24：I wish I could stay there longer. It was certainly a good hotel with nice and friendly staffs. The hotel itself is not so far from JR(but iOs' maps led me a little longer route lol) The room was small but so FULL of everything we might need for a night. My mom and my teenagers sisters absolutely love the hotel. Breakfast was great too! So many choices. I like apple juice by the way :)

Review 25：in the night there's someone trying to open my room with a key, I've called FO staff. However the staff can't communicate in English and can't help me.

Review 26：This APA hotel is old and in need of major renovation. Bathroom was smallest I have ever seen in JP. Front desk staff were quite rigorous about enforcing a realtively late 3 pm checkin time, even for a 2-night booking. (Otherwise they were fine) Entrance is awkward, stairs only, no ramp that I saw.
