Review 1：Nothing to complain about

Review 2：excellent location right at the beach, tons of restaurants within a minutes' walk. Super friendly staff, helpful, free parking, comfortable beds and good rooms.

Review 3：Perfect location - right at the heart of Rapallo. The staff were really friendly and their help and advice helped us discover beautiful parts of the region we simply would not have known about!

Review 4：Very unclean all over hotel, old & worn. Hall had a disgusting odorcamouflaged by plug in fresheners. Bathroom floor was stained. Dirtycarpets. Misleading parking info, only on street Metered parkingavailable (if u r lucky to find a spot). The "water view" wasover the Chinese restaurant kitchen & the limited view is when youstretched over the bed. There r too many other inexpensive inns inRapallo to stay here.

Review 7：Location, location, location! 5 min walk to train station and right on the water, walking distance to many restaurants and the ferry. We didn't try the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again!

Review 8：No elevator although not necessary for the first floor, the man at the night spoke no English. Not very spacious rooms but also not small.

Review 11：Excellent value for the money. Right in the middle of the action: beach, restaurants, shops, nearby. Walking in 5 min to train station/bus. Great base for visiting the area. Very friendly staff and good service. Highly recommended.

Review 13：Bruno and Eric went above and beyond with their superior customer service. Eric arranged a gluten free breakfast for my 6 year old celiac. So awesome!!!

Review 23：The hotel is located just on the sea side, close to all sites (rail station, sandy beach, restaurants, grocery stores). don't expect to have a private swimming pool, or elevator. if you need the place just to sleep, have a rest - this is for you. Outstanding service. The beautiful Russian girl Kseniya and her co-worker Rick - definitely the asset for this hotel.

Review 25：The staff were amazing! The breakfast is a little light, good coffee, but served in the lobby and felt kinda small... I'm gluten intolerant so I couldn't eat much of what looked like fantastic croissants and such... when I asked if they had eggs they said no. But the next day they did! It was just so nice for them to make something special for my second day. I was so impressed that they took the initiative to make me feel taken care of - So fantastic! The room was really nice, great view and we loved the old time wood and feel.

Review 26：Super friendly and courteous receptionists both daytime and evening, too. Elegant bathroom with granite countertops & shower enclosure. Very fresh and new bathroom. Excellent location right in the middle of the touristic area. Having safe was good.

Review 27：This is not a 3 star hotel, but only a 2 star or even 1 star hotel. It was way to expensive for what is offered. Doesn't have elevator. Contrary to the description on the website, there was no Wifi in our room. The room was very small and although we paid extra for a room with view to the sea, it had one small window with a sparse view to sea, nothing like what was advertised. The bathroom had an odd smell and was very hot (like a sauna). This was the worst room we stayed in during a 3 week holiday in Italy and the most expensive (even compared with very nice 4 star places in Rome or Florence). Don't go there.

Review 77：Contrary to the description on the website, there was no Wifi in our room, despite the best efforts of the staff to get it going. There was no 'four post bed'. The bathroom fan had to be fixed at our request. The room was small and the only window looked down not a noisy alleyway. The bathroom had an odd smell. The breakfast ( coupon for restaurant next door) was minimal and of low quality. This was the worst room we stayed in on a 9 week holiday, and the most expensive.

Review 78：Only public parking. This forced me to get up early because of the parking meters and the police means it: I got two tickets in three days for being 20 minutes late only!

Review 80：We have chosen the Hotel because of the free WIFI. We spent there 3 days but WIFI was not working. Hotel staff did not hurry to repair the system or call technician or offer us any compensation. At 4 am people were playing very load music on the street, we could not sleep. We asked the receptionist to call the police, he was not speaking any other language than italian, he was not helpful.

Review 86：1) Breakfast is organized outside of the hotel, in a bar, without any choice of food - only brioshe and coffee.2) too little bathroom 3) after we left the hotel permitted to take money from our credit card withouit our agreement for cleaning purposes. I have consulted with an advocate in Italy, and he told me that the hotel CAN NOT take money only because we left bank details as a garantee of the arrival. The only option for them was to send us a receipt/ a bill, and to wait until we pay (if we agree), but not to utilize the credit card details when they what and for what ever they want (and who knows for what else)...

Review 88：The room needed updating. The bed gave me a bad back as it was really saggy in the middle! It was so noisy (I know its not the hotels fault) but I couldnt get to sleep at night and was after a relaxing getaway!) and backed onto a road with bars and restaurants. The bathroom design was cramped and small. Everything else was fine but certainly not worth 270 euro per night.

Review 89：The Hotel was basic, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful. You felt welcomed there and happy to be there. The room was big with all the facilities you needed. I liked going to the cafe for breakfast rather than having it in the hotel, it felt more like you were on holiday! (The hotel gives you a voucher for this as they do not provide the facilities)

Review 90：Too highly priced (but this may count for all hotels in Rapallo). Room with sea-view offered more of a view on restaurants roofs and a bit of the harbor. Breakfast was served in a restaurant next door and was very limited.
