Review 1：Price is really high for that hotel .. But maybe Kuwait is expensive . I paid 100€ per night. It is really high for 3.5 stars hotel ( 4 Stars is much )

Review 29：I did not like the attitude of the reception manager towards me when I booked into the hotel on the evening of May 9th. He wanted to keep my passport at the reception and he behaved more like an immigration officer towards me by scrutinising my visa. When I asked him for my passport he became aggressive and obnoxious towards me. I think he should be replaced.

Review 30：The hotel was comfortable and clean, the breakfast in the restaurant was good and the restaurant staff were friendly.

Review 31：The Gym space and equipment should be improved. It must be ready regardless if the guests are using or not.

Review 32：The management is interesting with the small issues like the big issues. The reception is so wide that many guests can meet their visitors. The breakfast was very good. It is the first hotel I found praying carpet inside the room. Hospitality upon arrival is so nice. Its price is very reasonable comparing with the others in same classification.
