Review 3：Why ask for an additional 8€/night for the garage ? include it in the price of the room (the garage is very very large and can clearlya accomodate all guests cars)

Review 9：We had a great stop over on our way to the South of France. The location was perfect, the room spacy and well designed, the bathroom luxurious and our meal from the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Furthermore from the gentleman who brought up a cot and helped us with the kettle, through to the lady in the cafe who offered us coffee and sandwiches after we missed breakfast, the team at the hotel were all very helpful and kind. We were travelling with our four month old baby and the stop over could have been quite stressful. Instead it was easy and relaxing - we will definitely stay again.

Review 42：The front desk were inefficiency and also not friendly. The information that bulletin on the site is wrong. They didn't provide free transportation to airport. Need to call taxi and the fee is higher than the market. No drinking water provide in the room, no coffee/tea maker, no nothing, everything is charge.

Review 47：Everything was closed. Pool was broken, being fixed so all spa facilities were closed. Restaurant was also closed on saturday. we booked the hotel specifically to use these facilities so that was a big disappointment and meant that we had to go out again after a long day.

Review 48：Very fancy, excellent room, very large. nice facilities and the staff was very helpful. we had an early morning flight and they made us a bagged breakfast. the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in a long time.

Review 49：This is my 2-nd and most probably last stay in this hotel. In order to charge your computer you need an adaptor, as power sockets are a special type. First time I was able to borrow such adaptor from reception and was OK. This time the receptionist informed me that hotel policy has changed and I need to buy an adaptor (for one time use!). Totally unacceptable detail. Another dislike: Swimming pool i svery small (not for swimming!).
