Review 1：I made sure to have breakfast included in my reservation but it was a mistake, the breakfast was really poor and definitely not in line with the price. Shower/bathtub was extremely dirty. Soap/shampoo and similar haven't been refilled replaced during my stay.

Review 3：Some rooms has 2 interconnected door, you can hear everything thing in the adjacent room which is uncomfortable at all. Loud music in the coriander

Review 14：1) I booked a junior Suite which is for 3 adults and room's space was big enough but I surprised that there is only one single bed. 2) I asked the receptionist for one more bed, he responded to my request for free but the bed was not comfortable at all. 3) The space of the breakfast restaurant was small and there are a few tables. 4) There was no veriety of food for the breakfast since I had breakfast three times and the is no changes. 5) Although the hotel provided free wifi but it was slow.
Review 15：1) The location of the hotel is very good since it is near to most of the malls and entertainment places such as aqua park. 2) The hotel provided free wifi. 3) I really like the cleanliness of the hotel. 4) The breakfast was good. 5) The value for the money paid was fair. 6) The receptionist responded to my request since I request connected rooms in the special requests space when I booked the rooms.
Review 16：Breakfast was very good, but still can be slightly improved. for example making omlate eggs per order. The floor of the pathroom was not well cleaned.

Review 19：Newly refurbished rooms are now have improved since my last stay. Very spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Wifi and line speed also much improved, no complaints anymore.
Review 20：A Bad room and bathroom ( ugly and dirty carpet ) When we arrived, the room was locked because the manger utilized . He left without any excuseing after waiting for a long time. We reserved a suite , it was very small like an ordinary room. In the same time they charged us extra 15% more than the price in the booking website

They turned the pool intact a Cafe many months ago, when I mentioned that I would like to take a sail the sent me to the Hotrl next foot that had a pool full of Rubbish! If they advertise a service of facility it should be there to use. The Manager stated "his is a 3 star hotel what do you expect" Just what I have Paid for is the Answer!!!!!

Review 110：The reception does not give the propper impression about the rooms, but a new extention to the hotel is being built. Windows not quite clean due to the construction of the new extention. sofas at the room need more cleaning, the armrests especially. The sky cafe at the very top floor of the hotel, did not allow my mini suitcase that had in hand and kept it by the security, also some staff use the staring method to make sure they get tipped which I found quite disturbing.
