Review 1：we were here off season so the hotel was more or less empty, which was great for us because it was really quiet and relaxing. big breakfast buffet with lots of sweet choices, staff was very friendly.

Review 4：More than met expectations. We, two retired couples, were traveling in large, tall 9 person van because we had so much luggage for a 41 day trip and because we had a driver/guide. Hotel has parking, but not for tall vehicle. This will be a problem for one in a thousand. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Good place to stay.

Review 10：We liked the interior of the room with its beautiful bathroom, cozy balcony and cleanness. And in general hotel's building looks very well-groomed; it stands out against other buildings in Cefalu. The beach is approx 5 minutes walk and old town is not far, location is good and convenient. Also we were impressed by the high quality of everyday cleaning services.

Review 15：There isn't a lot to do in Cefelu. So I expect the staff to informed - or at least try to check on opening times etc of the few things to see/do. Asked about closing time of rocca - no idea. I was told "another guest went at around 6 yesterday and was turned away so i think it's closed. (it was 5:30 by then).."- no attempt to really try to find out. We just walked ourselves - last tickets are sold at 6pm so we scraped in. lucky we didn't listen to the staff. We asked about opening time of street festival (they even had the pamplet in their office!) and still no idea. They then just offered the pamplet. Asked to confirm the saturday market location and equally limited help. I don't expect a tour guide but a little help would have been useful in this class of hotel.

Review 16：Great location - close enough to be part of the action but not so close you are kept up at night. Great shower (hot and good pressure) AMAZING breakfast. fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee, cheese - the lot! parking - you can never seem to get parking in Cefelu - great this place has it for free. So you can have a car without the hassle the gelati store up the road - you must try! It's open even at middnight.

Review 17：On arrival, the hotel could not find my booking. It seems that communication with booking.com was not good. But, on showing confirmation of booking, the reception staff found us a room without creating any problems.

The hotel staff were brilliant, made us feel really comfortable and went out of their way and normal duties to find out train timetables for us and available tours to do on short notice. The breakfast had a great variety and really generous and the restaurant staff were really good. Would strongly recommend this hotel and would go back if ever in that area of Sicily again.

Review 20：No lobby bar =( the only bar works just several hours per day. Takes around 15 mins to the center of the old town. However, that is not so much, especially considering the overall quality of the hotel comparing to others in Cefalu.

Review 28：Nothing! It was a long walk to the center of town but we don't mind walking. And it was a very short walk to the train station.

Review 29：Fairly new hotel, very comfortable and with free wifi, which worked really well. Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. We had only one day, and they advised us how to best see the town yet still have time to use their lovely private beach.

Review 30：Air conditioning with very little control, so nearly blasted out of bed! This was an overnight stay before driving on to Palermo Airport to catch an afternoon flight, but the hotel is on the wrong side of Palermo to make this other than a complete nightmare getting to the airport, as we had MAJOR hold-ups getting across Palermo, even using the motorway, and only just caught our plane. That's not the hotel's fault of course!

Review 31：Walking distance to the old town, but without the parking hassles of actually staying in the town. Hotel was very quiet, maybe not many people staying there. Breakfast was quite good. Hotel gave us a recommendation for dinner which turned out to be a delightful end to our two-week stay in Sicily.

Good location for walking to waterfront, restaurants, beaches, old town. Good breakfast if you got there early enough (both sweet and savory options). Friendly desk staff. Review 38：Only downfall was that idly didn't appear that the hot tub was working. We went up to check it out and it was very cold but it didn't ruin our stay.

Review 39：We went on a leisure trip to Cefalu with my husband and 2 year old son. All the staff and maids are exceptionally nice and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious and a great convenience for us. The Duomo, beach, La Rocca were all in comfortable walking distance. We parked our car in the open air lot and didn't need it again till we left. The hotel let us park out luggage after our check out time so we could enjoy a full day on the beach! Everything was amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Staff were very helpful and I was lucky enough to have a balcony facing onto via Roma which was great at night. Supermarket just across the road was a bonus. Hotel also has access to a section of beach which you should use!

Review 52：Every area of this hotel was beautifully maintained. Staff were, without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean (the housekeeper Lucia was a delight!), with clean towels and linen daily. A plentiful continental breakfast was on offer every morning, and wifi signal was consistently strong throughout the hotel. The location is excellent - a 5 minute stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.
