Review 1：I never met the staff, however they were very accommodating. I arrivedat around 11 pm, just wanting a place to crash before my really earlymorning train, 7 am. Their check-out was at 10 am, 3 hours after mytrain would've left, so they trusted me that I would pay and let meleave the money and the key where they wanted. My first day of workcould've been me showing up 3 hours late if it weren't for theiraccommodation.Anyone that's in a rush and is passing through, I recommend staying. It's very clean, comfortable, interesting aesthetics, near to the train station, near to a couple museums, but most importantly, they will try to make everything work around your hectic schedule. I have nothing negative to stay. I would stay here again.

Review 5：Its a very new place, everything looks fresh, nice "old movies - cinema" design, close to the main train station (2 stops by tram or 10-15 min walk), free tea/coffee, cornflakes, milk and cookies were a nice surprise - they don't advertise it like other hostels as a "free breakfast", friendly staff but remember that after 6 pm check in is closed - you have to prearrange it via e-mail or phone, they provide a safe deposit - use it because lockers are not very firm... u never know who shares room with u :(

Review 11：Really cozy room, nice breakfast (cookies, coffee, tea and cereals are available at any time. especially cookies were really nice.). The most important thing is, "clean toilet" which made me feel relieved. Plus, I was satisfied with "hot water". Location is also nice. Staffs were really lovely and they did their best for guests. I'd like to stay here again.
Review 12：The only black spot is the location, as it is far from the old town, about 30 min by walking at good pace, but the area is well served by public transportation.
Review 13：Refurbished hostel, nice decoration, very clean, silence and security guaranteed, not proper breakfast included but there is always plenty of coffee, milk and cereals for free, so it is a kind of. Staff, in particular Alexandra, is very helpful and kind.

Review 17：My best hostel experience ever! Ola is such an angel who is genuinely willing to help when I most needed it. Thank you so much dear Ola, and please feel free to use my apartment in Brussels when you want :) I liked the mattress very much. It is made of hard foam that gives excellent support. I slept very well every day. The wifi has been fast and stable all the time. The shower was cleaned daily. The kitchen corner is handy and well designed. You find everything you need. I liked that each room has a different theme and brings a different mood. Everything is new and clean. The number of lockers in the room is equal to the number of beds, to make sure that each person can securely lock his/her things. I never needed to use that though, because the hostel environment was already secure enough. The hair dryer is strong enough (in many hotels they are too weak) to blow dry my long hair in a short time. Location is very good---not far from anything. Super convenient connection with many buses, trams and trains to the airport, to the city center...to wherever I wanted to go. Within walking distance there are many shops, restaurants and banks. They provided healthy cookies for free, which is very special. In so many other places I got junk food (defined by low fiber, high fat, high sugar, and additives) even with paid breakfast, and this hostel is doing exactly the opposite. Much appreciated. When I saw this hostel online I already had a good feeling about it, and my experience in reality has confirmed this good feeling even more. Thank you, and keep the good job you are doing!

Review 20：It is located a bit far from the action and touristic things. Nothing much in the area. On the 4th floor,no elevator. Breakfast thing is misleading, only low quality cereals and instant coffee. We got one key for 2, since there's no reception at night, it was big problem for us. At the check in we wanted to split the payment but the reception lady declined. Get ready for it, no practicality in the eastern Europe. It's really nice hostel but I wouldn't stay again cuz of the location, on the second day I switched to a five star hotel for a slightly extra zl.
Review 21：It looks very new and stylish. Rooms are spacious, clean, lockers in it; beds were comfortable. I might say the cleanest hostel I ve seen. 20 min by walking to central train station. If you are looking for a quite stay and don't mind travelling a few stops by tram, perfect.
Review 22：Staff: The hostel staff is amazing. Nadja (Hopefully, I remember her name right) let me check in earlier and gave me a free upgrade. Moreover, she helped me with all my requests. Facilities: Trust me, you can never get better beds in any hostel. The bathroom was good, too. Hygiene: everything is tidy. Didn't see any dirty places. A deserved 10.0!

Review 24：Staff was extremely helpful, they helped me to carry my luggage. Hostel is spotlessly clean. They offer cereals, tea, coffee and milk for free which is enough for me for the breakfast. From the bus station in front of the hostel, it's very easy to reach airport.
Review 25：No lift. I had a huge, heavy baggage. Going up to the 6th floor without a lift was kind of a torture. No lighting in the staircase.

Review 35：Staff was extrinely kind. The receptionist gave me a free bottle of water when I asked where I could buy one. She also spent 15 minutes with me explaining where to eat, what to visit and all the room facilities. Rooms are great, I even stayed alone in a room of 3 because there were no other travelers booking that room.
Review 36：it was a bit difficult to find the hostel because it's on the top floor of a normal building. and i would not recommend to people who have big luggages. there is no elevator. you have to carry them all the way up to the top floor. also if you arrive later than 6 pm you have to send an email to the receptionist beforehand otherwise you won't get the key.

Review 42：I arrived later than expected, and despite being outside the reception opening hours I was greeting with a welcoming smile and perfect service. The room was beautiful, and spotless.. as were the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Review 43：Its a great hostel, but as everywhere there is some room for improvement. I would appreaciate if the reception would be open for the whole day, and not only from 10 to 6. I would also welcome something more for breakfast then just milk and cerials.
Review 44：Above all super friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist always smiled! Modern and new interior. Comfortable beds. Everybed had a reading lamp attached to it. Moreover, the lockers were big. Good location - between the central train station and west station. The hostel is located next to a bus and tram stop. U can convienietly reach both the airport and the city center in around 15min. I liked the free coffe tea and cookies served throught the day in the kitchen.
Review 45：Literally everything was perfect! I loved my room, my bed, very friendly staff. Hostel is very close to metro. Airport bus operates 24/7 just minutes away from the hostel!

Review 50：The only con: bad smell in the bathroom. They, obviously, have some problems with drainage. Wi-Fi never worked for me, but that was not a problem, so never even informed stuff about that. Probably, the problem was easy to fix.
