Review 1：Room was small but it's the same all over Italy.

Review 2：Great location! Three min. walk from the train station but far enough away that you couldn't hear trains and even shorter walk to water front. Lots of shopping and restaurants right out front. Very clean and we loved their fabulous breakfast!!

Review 6：The hotel was hard to find, and there was no parking. In addition, even when we found paid parking, we had to move when a local market decided to happen.

Review 7：The hotel was just a minute's walk from the water, and the ladies who handled the breakfast and the rooms were unusually agreeable and helpful. The downstairs desk was helpful in a number of ways with issues that arose.

Review 8：Small uncomfortable double bed. Given disabled room with retractable shower screen and hand held nozzle which leaked all over floor, but we are not disabled.

Review 10：Room 501 was on the top floor, somehow the kitchens air ventillation was going in there, hence there was "kitchen smell" in our room. The panorama wasn't as expected, there weren't any.

Also nice location in Rapallo when you want to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino ect. Very quiet and very clean place with the room service cleaning every day. Nice hotel staff is willing to share the information about Rapallo and other ligurian atractions. Good quality and variety of breakfast and very nice lady serving it. Compering to other places in italy it was a great price for the good quality. On the 4th floor is a sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds:) We deffinately had a pleasant stay!

Review 14：At evening and in the night we did not open windows because of fritate smoke from restaurants down in the surrounding houses. there is no free parking there.

Review 17：The recepcionist is kind of funny. He was chating in front of the hotel and - maybe because of that-, didn´t help me with my luggage (a girl carring 2 huge pieces plus carry on) and was not friendly. Poor breakfast with no eggs. The Coffee was perfect do. The hotel is inside a gallery, so was very hard to find and to park (even just to take off my luggage from the car was impossible) They don´t have a front door to the street so was impossible to stop just to take off everything from the car.

Review 18：The room is ok and the bathroom is renovated with a great tube with shower! The bathroom was beatiful and clean and the towels were new! Despite beeing inside a gallery with no front door to the street, the hotel is very close to the city center and we can walk (5min) to the port. They don´t have parking but you can park in the Port Parking paying 8 euros for 24hours.

Review 21：First we couldn´t find the hotel. Somebody could inform us, that the hotel is actually in the passage of a poly functional object with shops. Room was big but looked empty, like nobody was there for a longer time. The TV didn´t worked, wireless internet didn´t worked, receptionists didn´t speak English, it was a torture to explain, that we needed an invoice for a company.

Review 22：To be honest, just the shiny motorbike, which was the main decoration at the entrance to the hotel and a very surprising meeting with a ex Danish hockey player who talked about his memories from Slovakia with us.

Review 23：For starters it was a gateway to cinque terra bit too far away. Then we asked for aview and got one...of garbage cans and old walls. Kicker was woke up to blood in bed from scratching fleas or tics. There were fleas in both beds. Mgt charged us a fortune and tried to blame us for the ptoblem and leaving windows open which we did not do. Awful place and overpriced!!

Review 27：The location is very good, central to Rapallo, easy to walk to the beach and to the restaurants. Hotel and rooms are very clean. The room was comfortable and just the right size for 2 adults and 2 kids. There are safety deposit boxes in the rooms, the key can be requested by the reception.

Review 28：The hotel had a 4 person Jacuzzi on the roof but it didn´t function.

Review 29：Staff is very sweet and service minded. The hotel is close to everything right in the center of town and at the same time 200 m from the waterfront. However, don´t expect to get a sea view room. This hotel is nice and quiet incorporated in a small shopping center. You can park 100-150m away for 12 Euros a day. Nights free from 11pm-8.00am during the summer.

Review 34：The rooms are a little old in furniture, the bathroom could use some modernization. We stayed in "the 501", the room on the upper flor with a very large terrase-well, since we spent very little time in the hotel, it was not worth the extra money. And we could hear the elevator all the time, so think twice if you want to choose this room. Our friends had double room wich was actually larger than ours. Breakfast is the same every day, no hot food.

Review 35：The location couldn't be better, 5 minutes or less from the train station, 3 minutes from the sea promenade, right in the center of the beautiful Rapallo. Staf was very helpfull , they arranged for us an early breakfast on the day of the departure in order to catch the train.Wi-Fi was good and free.

Review 36：The hotel offer a parking voucher which is great but we weren't aware that there were more restrictive parking areas for commercial vehicles and received a parking ticket for €29, which was a bit annoying as it was avoidable.

Henkilökunta oli etäistä. Aamiaisella kaikki loppui kesken.Huone sisäpihalle, josta näkyi toisiin asuntoihin. Vain yhdeksi yöksi suosittelen, mutta nurkan takana on samanhintaisia meren äärellä, joten älä valitse tätä, jos löydät toisen.

Review 44：Shower was small and really uncomfortable. The hotel has two free parking lots very close to the hotel, if you are lucky - you can get one parking place, otherwise it is a problem to park you car in the city center

Review 48：We arrived in a cold winter. The heater functions well so that we don't have any problem to sleep. The parking is just 5 minutes on foot. We payed 9 euros for one night. The host recommended us a restaurant nearby, which was excellent. It's my favorite resto during Italy's trip. The bed is really comfortable! I didn't use the wifi. So I cannot give any opinion.

Review 49：If you travel by car be aware that there is really NO PLACE to park at the hotel. NOT EVEN a place to stop for loading and unloading luggage - we stopped on the street for practically a minute with driver in the car and motor running and were approached by a police officer right away. Parking on the promenade some 100 m away is possible (charged with parking meters), however on market days you may end up with your car tugged during the night to clear street as it is being turned into big market place in the morning. We are lucky to get hotel's only private parking place for free although a few minutes walk away from the hotel. It is worth asking.

Review 50：Excellent location at the very center of Rapallo; unlike other staff on reception Mateo was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooms are OK and breakfast very basic but served with nice Italian espresso.

Review 105：Location is only minutes away from lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. We even got a free parking space for our entire stay from the hotel. Room was big, bed was comfortable and WIFI was working good. Breakfast was typical for Italian hotels in that category (Cold cuts, cheese, Rolls, Jam, Juice, some cereal) Very good value for money, would like to come back again.

Review 121：The location, so close to the train station is absolutely convenient, its hotel sign is even visible from the train station and within easy walking distance even with luggage. The bus terminal is also close by, and is a short walk to the promenade. Bathroom fixture is modern and new and clean - not always found in such boutique hotel. Breakfast coffee is served and made on the spot by a maid. WiFi is free. Staff is helpful and friendly.
