Review 1：Hotel very very very noisy as still under construction we couldn't sleep well,they start work early morning at 6:000am so no chance to sleep, on evening time kids are playing with vary loud voice dancing shouting running so no chance to relax at all, when me and my husband complain they change the room but still very noisy

Review 2：I was planing to have surupprice for my husband and I book one day before to arrange the invirument but they didn't let me inter the room without my partner even just to arrange it not to spend time there whatever it was paid that day. But they having nice gym we enjoy it and the brakefast is good

Review 5：there is a difference between what is written on booking.com and what you will see1- the hotel should be 3 star only2- internet is very slow and poor signal WiFi that you can't see Instagram video3- Parking: there is not valet parking and you will have to find by yourself the park and if they take your car, they will park it under the sun without shade, and they are concern about arabela bar more than you.4- Front Desk: not friendly and talk too much without doing nothing, i ask to change my room and they reply to me after 2 days; because they have to take permission to switch my room to the new building to non smoking room and i had already asked for non smoking room before reservation through booking.com5- Private Check-in/Check-out: there is nothing and they will make you wait till they finish paper work that took 30 minutes.6- Newspapers: first day didn't get it, second day they bring one but it was wet!!! third day different newspaper.7- Non-smoking Rooms: nothing, they give me smoking room and i asked to change room on the same day, they say to wait for permission from administration to get approval to switch me from old building to new building and after 2 days, they reply to me to change room before one day of my flight back home.8- Elevator: small and slow and can fit only 2 people.9- Soundproof Rooms: nothing, i can hear the sound outside and sound of construction machines and cars horns and music from the arabela bar,10- Heating water: poor, sometimes come hot water and oops cold water,,, problem with water pressure.11- what is written about the two bedroom suit is wrong : there is microwave but it is not connect to electric, no Garden view.. only grass, no Fax, no Radio, Satellite channels with poor signals and choices, no Ironing facilities, no Bathrobe, no Alarm clock.

Review 7：Dirty room and bathroom. Pubic hair and dirt were in barhroom, stained old shower curtain. Dirty stains all over. Room telephone inoperable so we couldn't call front desk and Wi-Fi inoperable too. The only thing in common this proprty has with a 5 star hotel is price. When we complained to the front desk staff about the despicable condition of the room and how it shouldn't be rated as 5 star, they justified the filth in the room by referring to the Booking.com website that noted the hotel is under going renovation as if renovation justified filthy rooms.

I booked two people even though it was just me because Iwas flying all the way to Middle East and I wanted to make sure no issuethe person I went to visit could visits me at hotel and pool and whatnot. Review 15：a $500 one night stay, The room and furniture are not worth the money looks like second hand walls have scratches wall paint is peeled from below. Only one Bath room for 4 persons in a two bedroom suite and it is below average compared to other luxury fine hotels. There is constructions beside our room that started at 5am while we were sleep. Very small elevator takes only 3 persons. No shaded parking under the direct hot sun.

Review 19：It's under renovation that's why we didn't enjoy the view. The breakfast is not that good as we seen in the menu, the room service giving us a hard time for our special request order. It's takes time when checking out. Bath tub is not clean. The safety deposit box is not working. Over All there's nothing good about it.

Review 36：The hotel has a nice arrangement for anniversary occasion. However to make the arrangement you have to pay in advance 45KD which you need to come to the hotel one day prior to the reservation. The Jacuzzi bath was very good and nice spacious room. Very nice and various breakfast buffet.

Review 78：I had a nice experience with this hotel. I needed a place to get away from the daily routine and for my child to have a place for fun and I can say it is sufficient for all my needs. It is not luxurious but it has a very spacious suits and variety of activities that is not available in many of the more luxurious hotels in Kuwait. there is a beach, 5 swimming pools and fitness centre, spa and tennis courts in addition to a diving centre. there is children section with few games where they can spend their time. It has a very competitive price in comparison to its similar hotels over all it is a nice place to relax with excellent value for money. المكان مناسب جدا لقضاء أجازة قصيرة بعيدا عن ضغوط الحياة مع وجود أنشطة متعددة لقضاء الوقت. المكان ليس فاخرا لكنه نظيف والأجنحة واسعة جدا يوجد شاطئ وخمس حمامات سباحة ونادي صحي وملاعب تنس واسكواش بالإضافة إلى مكان للعب الأطفال وحضانة

Review 82：staff during check-in and check-out were super slow. i came with my wife and they insist that they want the marriage certificate although i told them that in the IDs we are both in the same address. other hotels can know that we are married by out looks and our IDs no need to let me go back to my car and look for a copy of the marriage certificate. the pool service was bad. i asked for a slippers and they said ok while i was waiting on hot foot and no one care . then i jumped into the pool and i saw the guy who i asked to bring me slippers he said i dont have ... then why you said i will bring in the first place ;S i asked for ambrila and cushion for my pool seat and no body care ;S it was a bad experiance for me in the pool. i am a profisional engineer who works world wide .. what i mentioned are really annoying issues that i face. other things were super ok
