Review 1：Great location and convenient access to the Dolomites. The half board is an excellent value and the food was very good. We really enjoyed the warm, convivial atmosphere in a lovely mountain setting.

Review 6：Anyway it was hot and we lost the will to move around. We went up by the cable car from Siusi and stayed in the shade of a restaurant looking at the mountains. Perhaps we should have gone to Ortisei to take another cable car to go nearer to the highest mountain.
Review 7：The hostess picked us up at the bus terminal, which was a great relief as it was very hot and we were hampered with our suitcases. She arranged our comfort double room with an extra sofa bed and the room could be separated with wooden sliding doors. This was a great relief to me as I can't sleep with my mother next to me. The room was big and with a nice bathtub; this was the only bathtub I came across during our trip and it helped me wash the soles and lower parts of my legs. The dinner, which you have to pay only 10 extra euros per each, and breakfast was delicious. A wide variety of salad was good for me.

Review 9：From the moment we entered the alpine-inspired hotel, we were welcomed with multi-lingual friendly staff. After check-in, they made the bed for our 3 year old and offered to do so for our 1 year old as well. The beds were comfortable and the shower wonderful. The breakfast spread was for for a king. The hotel offers free passes for guests for the ski lift which is just out the front door of the hotel. It's a lovely 20 minute ride up the mountain, and we chose to hike down with our kids, but, one could easily take the lift back. After our hike, we swam in the pool and refreshed ourselves with the showers in the pool area before leaving the area and heading back to Tuscany where we live.
Review 10：The Hotel Alpenroyal may well be our favorite accommodation of all time. It is spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, without exception. We were upgraded to a suite upon check in, which was stunning. It had a large bedroom with king size bed, a separate sitting area and a large balcony overlooking the town and the clock tower. In addition, we selected the half board option, which is an incredible value. Every dinner we had was delicious, and includes multiple courses. Breakfasts are equally good. We can't say enough about our 3 nights in the Alpenroyal, it was just about perfect.

Review 12：staff was awesome, room was awesome, food was superb!! Honest and helpful staff as we accidentally left $400 and a credit card in the safe, and it was returned to us. They also offered to wash our dirty laundry for a nominal fee when we couldn't find a laundramat and only charged us 10 euros. Facility was awesome....nice pool and spa area and nice deck to relax on. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Review 16：Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and superb dinner for no money (only 10 euro/person). Easy access to mountain hiking trails. Top-notch facilities. When we arrived we were offered spontaniously an upgrade-room without any extra charge. Our room looked like new and was very spacy ! This hotel deserves for us a 4-star qualification instead of the current 3-star ! We will go back for sure !!

Review 20：The location of this resort hotel was perfect for :1. hiking trails from hotel to the mountains 2. chair lift next to hotel 3. views from the hotel balcony 4. walking into village 5. grocery store a few steps away The breakfast served each morning was better than the average European breakfast with many bread-roll choices, fresh fruit, cold cuts as well as eggs. And the prosecco was a treat! Dinner included 5 courses of wonderfully prepared local dishes!!
