Review 1：The very modern technical devices in the rooms are a little confusing until you get used to them.

Review 2：Warm and comfortable. The staff is extremly friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Review 3：The hotel has a fabulous setting on the lake shore, but it's on a busy road and there are very few restaurants or bars within an easy walk. I would recommend a car - the local bus services are pretty hopeless and don't run at all after about 8pm. It would have been nice to have a couple of comfortable armchairs in our room but there wasn't really enough space I guess.

Review 4：Where to start? Beautiful gardens and pool so close to the lake they are practically in it... gorgeous rooms with super-deluxe beds and bed linen.... we had a vast marble bathroom (no bath but I think some of the rooms do) with Molton Brown toiletries and ample fluffy towels. All spotlessly clean. Double aspect lake view and small balcony (we had room 304) - excellent for watching the sun set. The staff are wonderful. Faultless service but in no way pompous or overbearing. One morning when our taxi didn't turn up, the manager drove us to our destination himself. We ate in the restaurant several times and it was marvellous.... high quality traditional Italian food, some of which is cooked on a vast charcoal barbeque (my favourite was ash-cooked vegetables). All fairly expensive (100 - 120 Eu per couple) but worth it for the quality.

Review 5：Beware of the superior rooms just above the restaurant - smells are overbearing & no views to talk about. We were allocated one & given no choice but to move to a substantially more expensive suite for 1night & then move again to a higher floor superior room, cutting overall stay by one night to avoid moving back to the original smelly accommodation. Our original booking request for a higher floor room was obviously ignored. This experience spoiled otherwise good impression of the place.. Also the system of light switches &'air con controls is somewhat intimidating & unfriendly to infrequent user.

Review 10：Manager Andrea drove me to find makeup at 7:00 PM when I realized I left mine on the ship. My aperitif was quickly taken away when the head bartender noted that I wasn't drinking it. He asked what ingredients I like and promptly returned with a one of a kind drink for me. Food exceptional. Try the pasta with truffles. Had it both nights. Good location for day trips.

Review 11：Dinner on our arrival night....My Risotto was not up to par and my wife's dinner left something to be desired. Getting in and out via the driveway was a bit tricky.

Review 13：Although we loved the bedrooms and bathrooms,we did not like the computerised lighting system . We had to leave the night lights on during the night otherwise we could not turn on the light with the flat panel control as the room was in complete darkness. Personally , I do not like the idea of dogs in bedrooms.

Review 14：We loved this hotel. The location on the edge of the lake and the views were fabulous. The staff before and on arrival were very helpful and welcoming.The decor is contemporary and we loved the Gustav Klimt wall panels. The food was delicious very fresh . The bar and restaurant staff very efficient and helpful with food /wine choice and all very pleasant. We will most certainly return to this same hotel.

The pool and gardens gorgeous and we had a we had a suite room and greatly enjoyed the peaceful lake atmosphere early evening on our balcony. The restaurant service was superb as was the food. Review 60：LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a suite with views over the lake, decor and styling wonderful. We stayed with our 14 month old baby and had a wonderful time. Only issue was we were there for only 1 night inbetween operas in Verona. Will definitely return for longer next time.

Exceptional staff, Olga, Enzo, Fabio, and Janka were especially attentive, not to exclude all the others. Not inexpensive, but for what you get, it's not outrageous.

Review 64：Sadly our stay was somewhat marred as our room was very hot. We weretold several times air conditioning was being adjusted to cool the room.When this didn't work on the second night, we were finally told theair conditioning hadn't been switched on yet. Opening windows meansnoise through the night from nearby road and church bell which tollsthroughout the night. Overall we had a lovely stay, but were rathertired from not sleeping for our 2 night stay.
