Review 6：The bathtub drained directly onto the floor - not just a trickle - like the drain dumped the water onto the floor. I drained the tub and the bathroom filled with water. I was frantically trying to stop the flood with towels. I had to drain the tub a tiny bit at a time to keep this from happening. (A shower was OK, because the water drained slow enough that it went down the proper pipe.) I had my Japanese friend explain to the staff and they offered no apologies and were completely indifferent. I couldn't even tell if they even planned to send someone to fix it.

Review 10：The receptionists ability to communicate in English was medicore at most, allthough I suppose this seems to be an issue in most of enterprises operating in the city. Seemingly there are'nt too many visitors from overseas anyway in Aomori.

Review 11：Great location near the station and all the services. The room was clean, the vedätä was comfy and the bathroom adequatly equipped. The room had a nice view towards the sea.
